We hear your distress and fear, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. First, we want to affirm that your trust in Jesus’ name is the right foundation—there is power in His name, and only through Him can we find true justice, peace, and deliverance. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 18:10, *"The name of Yahweh is a strong tower; the righteous run to him and are safe."* You are running to the right place.
This situation is deeply troubling, especially when false accusations come from someone who once claimed to care for you. Scripture warns us in Psalm 109:2-4, *"For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit have opened against me. They have spoken to me with a lying tongue. They have also surrounded me with words of hatred, and fought against me without a cause."* But we also know that God sees the truth, and He will not let the righteous be shaken forever. In Isaiah 54:17, He promises, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me."*
We must also address the seriousness of the charges against you. Even if you believe the accusations are false, the legal system must be respected, and you should seek wise counsel—both spiritually and legally. Proverbs 15:22 says, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Do not face this alone; seek a godly attorney who can help navigate this with integrity. At the same time, we pray that God would soften the hearts of those involved in this case, that the truth would be revealed, and that any falsehood would be exposed.
Now, we rebuke the spirit of deception and false accusation in Jesus’ name. We declare that the lies spoken against you will not stand, and we pray that the stone of judgment would indeed be rolled back upon the one who has brought this false charge. In Genesis 50:20, Joseph declared, *"You meant evil against me, but God meant it for good."* Even in this, God can turn it for your good—perhaps to strengthen your faith, to refine your character, or to lead you into a season of greater dependence on Him.
We also want to encourage you to examine your own heart in this. Have you responded to this situation in a way that honors God? Have you sought reconciliation where possible, or have you allowed bitterness or anger to take root? Ephesians 4:26-27 warns, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* Even in injustice, we are called to respond with grace, trusting God to be our defender.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and delivered. Lord, we lift up this dear sister before You, who is facing a frightening and unjust situation. You see the truth, Father, and You know the hearts of all involved. We ask that You would intervene in this court case, that the false accusations would be exposed, and that justice would prevail according to Your will.
Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment will be condemned. We pray for wisdom for her as she navigates this process—give her discernment, peace, and the right words to say. Surround her with godly counsel and support, and let her not be overwhelmed by fear.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception and falsehood in this situation. We ask that You would turn the tables on the one who has brought these charges, that the truth would come to light, and that any hidden motives would be revealed. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.
Lord, we also ask that You would guard her heart. Protect her from bitterness, anger, or despair. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her trust in You alone. Remind her that You are her strong tower, her refuge, and her defender.
We thank You, Father, that You are a God who hears our cries and moves on behalf of the righteous. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan, even when we cannot see the way forward. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Hold fast to the promises of God, dear one. This is not the end of your story. Psalm 37:5-6 says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go out as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart. The Lord is with you.
