Please help me Jesus

We hear your heartfelt plea and stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before our Heavenly Father. First, we want to affirm that you are coming to God in the name of Jesus, which is the only way we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. Jesus said in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through His name alone that we find access to God’s mercy and favor.
Father God, we come before You today on behalf of this dear sister, asking that You would indeed soften the heart of her manager. Lord, You are the One who turns the hearts of kings wherever You will, and we know that no authority exists except that which You have established (Proverbs 21:1, Romans 13:1). We ask that You would move in this situation, granting wisdom and compassion to her manager. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray that You would uphold the policies that have been set in place for her maternity and annual leave. Lord, You are a God of order and justice, and we ask that You would ensure that these policies are honored according to the civil service guidelines. Let no unfairness or hardship come upon her during this precious time of welcoming new life. We declare that she will not be shortchanged or deprived of the leave that is rightfully hers, for You are her Provider and Defender.
We encourage you, sister, to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). This season of maternity leave is a sacred time, not only for you but for your child as well. God has entrusted this little one to your care, and He will equip you with everything you need to fulfill this calling. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6).
We also want to gently remind you to examine your heart and ensure that there is no bitterness or unforgiveness toward your manager or anyone else involved in this situation. The Bible instructs us in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." If there is any unforgiveness in your heart, we encourage you to release it to the Lord, trusting Him to handle the situation according to His perfect will.
Heavenly Father, we also pray for this sister’s workplace. Lord, we ask that You would bring godly leadership and a spirit of fairness to her organization. May those in authority seek Your wisdom and govern with integrity, reflecting Your love and justice. We pray that her workplace would be a place where Your name is honored, and where employees are treated with dignity and respect.
Finally, we declare that this sister is not alone in this journey. You are her ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1), and we trust that You will walk with her every step of the way. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are working all things together for her good, because she loves You and is called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
