Dear bro ###...focus on Jesus only and your mind will be healed. Whenever you find it difficult to sleep, repeat the Prayer "Our Father in Heaven..." over and over again and you will sleep peacefully. When your mind wanders, read God's word. Hold the Bible close to your heart and read every word; you will find comfort and peace in His words. Amen

I am praying with you. Please, go seek help. Everyone one of us has suffered with some form of depression.....etc. Let an experienced person guide you to a healthy mind and life. Your fears are so real but you need to find out why you are lost. There are many good train people that can help. You may need to take med's for a short period of time to help you calm down to focus. I was the same as you and a doctor told me to do breathing exercises 10 minutes 3 times a day sitting with my feet together, (I plug a nostril inhale 8 sec I hold the air for 8 sec exhale in 8 sec. breathe 8 sec and start again, then with the other side) and with this I sleep. Although I do it only once a day. Then he told me not to think more than in today and in nice things and to put pictures of things that I liked. Also that I was responsible for what I think, only in the present. Also for that see touch and smell a fruit and other things. I was told this in an emotional support line. Insurance over there will also have some free government phone calls.
