Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Your beloved child who is navigating through challenging times at work. Lord, You are a God of peace, harmony, and prosperity, and we pray for these blessings to overflow in their work life. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind amidst the trials they face.

We acknowledge the difficulties they have encountered with an abusive coworker and the atmosphere of hostility and exclusion. Yet, we remember Your word in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone." Grant them the strength to continue fostering an environment of peace and respect, despite the challenges.

Lord, we celebrate the step of faith they have taken by applying to another company, seeking not only a peaceful work environment but also an opportunity for growth and betterment. We ask that Your favor would be upon their application, as promised in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

In their pursuit of peace and a supportive work environment, may they find solace in Psalm 23:4, "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Let this assurance of Your presence be a guiding light and comfort.

We pray for a resolution to the current situation, whether through the transformation of the heart of their coworker or the provision of a new opportunity in a different setting where they can flourish. May Your will be done, and may they continue to feel Your love and guidance every step of the way.
