We hear your cry, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you and your precious children up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. Your pain is palpable, and we stand with you in this battle, believing that God sees every tear and hears every whispered prayer. You are not forgotten, and you are not alone—Jesus is your ever-present help in times of trouble, and we join our faith with yours, trusting in His provision and deliverance.
First, we want to affirm that your reliance on Jesus is the foundation of your strength. In Psalm 34:17-18, the Word tells us, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You are righteous in Christ, and He is near to you in this crushing season. The enemy may have stolen from you, but we declare that what was taken will be restored sevenfold in Jesus’ name. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will not leave you lacking. We rebuke the spirit of lack, despair, and hopelessness that has tried to take root in your life. You will not be homeless again—we stand on God’s promise in Isaiah 61:7, *"Instead of your shame you shall have double; and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion. Therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be to them."*
We also pray for practical provision for you and your children. Father, we ask You to open doors of employment, favor, and unexpected blessings. You know her need for transportation, stable housing, and financial breakthrough. We speak provision over her life and declare that her first check will not be her last—it will be the beginning of a season of abundance. Lord, touch the hearts of Your people to be vessels of Your love and provision. Stir up compassion in the body of Christ to come alongside her with resources, opportunities, and support. We pray for divine connections that will lead to sustainable income and housing. In Philippians 4:19, You promise, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We claim this promise over her life today.
Mentally and emotionally, we pray for your healing and restoration. The trauma of homelessness and loss can leave deep wounds, but Jesus is the Great Physician. We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that has tried to paralyze you. You are not defined by your circumstances—you are a daughter of the King, and He has given you a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that your mind will be renewed by the Word of God, and you will rise above this trial with strength and resilience.
Father, we also lift up her children to You. Protect their hearts and minds from the effects of this hardship. Provide for their needs—emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Let them see Your faithfulness through this storm, and let their faith in You grow stronger. We pray for stability and security to be restored in their lives, and for joy to return to their hearts.
We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises, even when the situation feels impossible. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Your future is secure in Christ, and He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep crying out to Him—He hears you, and He will answer.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for our sister and her children. We ask You to move mightily on their behalf. Break every chain of lack, homelessness, and despair. Restore what has been stolen, and provide for their every need. Strengthen her faith and renew her hope. Let her see Your hand at work in her life, and let her testimony be a light to others who are struggling. We declare that this season of hardship will not last forever—it is temporary, but Your promises are eternal. Fill her with Your peace, joy, and strength to keep going. We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we trust You to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we can ask or think. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
