We hear your earnest plea for your daughter and grandsons, and we join you in lifting them before the throne of grace. Father God, we thank You for Your faithfulness in answering prayers according to Your perfect will. You promise in Jeremiah 29:11, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* We trust that You are working even now to provide for their needs in ways that bring glory to Your name.
Lord, we pray for your daughter, that You would open doors of opportunity for her to find not just any job, but the work You have prepared for her. May she walk in the confidence of Proverbs 3:5-6, trusting in You to direct her paths. We also ask that You provide stable and godly housing for her, a place where she can thrive and be a light for Your kingdom. Guide her steps, Father, and let her dwell in the shelter of the Most High (Psalm 91:1).
For your grandsons, we ask that You restore what has been lost or broken in their employment. Whether it is their former jobs or new opportunities, may they find work that honors You and provides for their needs. Remind them that their worth is not found in their occupation but in Christ, who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). If there are areas in their lives where they have strayed from Your will—whether in attitude, habits, or priorities—we pray for conviction and repentance, that they would turn back to You with whole hearts.
We also want to gently encourage your daughter and grandsons to seek You first in all things, as Matthew 6:33 reminds us: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Sometimes, Lord, we can become so focused on our immediate needs that we forget to align our desires with Your will. We pray that they would surrender their plans to You and trust in Your timing.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be weighing on them. We declare that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in their lives. Surround them with godly community—believers who can encourage, support, and pray for them as they walk through this season.
We also lift up any unspoken burdens they may be carrying—whether it is financial strain, relational struggles, or spiritual warfare. You are the God who sees and knows all things (Genesis 16:13), and we trust You to meet them in their deepest needs. If there are areas where they have wandered from Your truth, we pray for repentance and restoration. Your Word says in 1 John 1:9, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*
Lord, we ask that You would draw them closer to You through this season. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and Your provision that exceeds their expectations. We declare that You are their Provider (Jehovah Jireh) and that no good thing will You withhold from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His sacrifice on the cross and His resurrection that we have access to You, Father. We thank You for the privilege of coming before You, and we trust that as we seek Your face, You will hear and answer according to Your perfect will.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
