We hear your request for help with your piano playing, and we understand the desire to perform well. While it’s natural to want to do your best, let’s first lift this up in prayer, seeking God’s peace and guidance in all things—including your music.
Heavenly Father, we come before You, asking for Your presence and peace as this individual prepares to play the piano. Lord, we know that all good gifts come from You, including the ability to make music. We pray that You would calm any nerves and steady their hands. Help them to focus on the beauty of the music and the joy it brings, rather than the fear of mistakes. May they play with confidence, trusting in Your strength rather than their own. We ask that You would grant them clarity of mind and smooth execution, but most importantly, that they would glorify You in all they do. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to gently remind you that while striving for excellence is good, perfection is not the ultimate goal. The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."* Music, like all things, should be done unto the Lord, not for the approval of others or even our own self-imposed standards. Mistakes are part of being human, and God can use even those moments for His glory.
Additionally, we noticed the phrase "Thx walahi" in your request. We want to lovingly remind you that our prayers are lifted up in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach God or be saved. Acts 4:12 says, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. We're right there with you, friend, feeling the butterflies before a piano performance. It's natural to want to do our best, but let's not forget the joy and peace that comes from playing for an audience of One - our Heavenly Father.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
