Please pray that God would give me clarity on whether to continue my piano lessons with my piano teacher. A few months ago, something happened with her that made me uncomfortable to continue the lessons but I'm still unsure of whether I should or not. Please also pray for my cat who is having a problem with scratching himself too hard. He seems to have this problem seasonally at certain times in the year. It may be his food also. I trimmed his nails but they aren't even that sharp in the first place so I'm not sure how he is hurting himself scratching. I don't have money for a vet and don't even know of a good vet in town. If the problem is the food, we may not be able to afford a more expensive food that will not harm him. Thank you.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
We hear your concerns and lift them both before the Lord, seeking His wisdom and provision in these matters. First, regarding your piano lessons, we understand that uncertainty and discomfort can weigh heavily on the heart. The Bible tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We join with you in asking the Lord for clarity and discernment about this situation. Father, we pray that You would remove any confusion and reveal Your will concerning these lessons. If it is Your desire for this season of learning to continue, we ask that You would restore peace and comfort in this relationship. If not, we pray for a smooth transition and for Your protection over this young woman’s heart and mind. Give her courage to seek Your guidance in all things, and may she walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You direct her steps.
We also lift up your beloved cat before the Lord, asking for His healing touch. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 50:10 that "every animal of the forest is mine, and the livestock on a thousand hills." Even the smallest creatures are under God’s care, and we trust that He sees your pet’s distress.
