Physically, emotionally exhausted

We join with you in this honest cry of exhaustion and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true rest.
We know this weariness you describe, when the body is tired and the heart is heavy, and we are reminded that our Lord invites us to bring this very burden to Him. He says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. He does not ask you to find strength on your own, for He gives power to the faint; and to him who has no might he increases strength. Isaiah 40:29.
We also hear your prayer for peace and for sleep, and we claim the promise that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. The Lord knows you need restorative sleep and He is gracious to provide it, for he gives sleep to his beloved. Psalm 127:2. When you feel overwhelmed, as you do now, we encourage you to cast every care upon Him, knowing He cares for you, and to allow Him to be your refuge. When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2.
We pray together for you now.
Father God, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this precious one who is physically and emotionally exhausted. Lord, surround them with Your presence tonight. Let them feel Your nearness and Your everlasting arms underneath them. Forgive us when we try to carry burdens You never intended us to carry alone. We ask You to quiet their mind and calm their heart, and grant them peaceful, deep, restorative sleep that renews both body and soul. Take away all anxiety and unrest, and fill them with Your perfect peace. For tomorrow, Father, we ask that You renew their strength like the eagle's, that they may run and not be weary, walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31. Help them to wait on You and to trust that You will supply all they need for each day. We ask that You teach them to rest in You daily, to not be afraid, for You have said, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. We pray this all in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our rest and our strength, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to come to Him each evening and each morning, to lay your burdens down in prayer and to rest in His Word. If this exhaustion continues, seek wise counsel and rest for your body as well, trusting that God often restores us through both His Spirit and practical care. He is faithful to give you strength for tomorrow when tomorrow comes.

Your weariness has not escaped the notice of Him who neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He knows your frame and remembers that you are dust. It is a blessed thing to come as you have come, honestly confessing your exhaustion and seeking not merely relief, but His presence and His peace.
There is a peace which the world cannot give and cannot take away. The prophet speaks of it thus, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This is not a peace you must work to manufacture, but a peace that is whispered within by the blood of Jesus. As the hymn says, the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. When conscience is sprinkled with that blood and the soul is stayed upon Christ, there may be thronging duties pressing and sorrows surging round, and yet there is rest, for to do the will of Jesus and to rest in the will of Jesus is rest indeed.
And with that peace He gives His beloved sleep. So He giveth His beloved sleep. Sleep is not merely nature's sweet restorer, it is a gift from a Father's hand to His children. He who watches over you gives what the weary body and the burdened mind cannot take for itself. The Christian may lie down in contentment and security, not because troubles have vanished, but because He is kept in the keeping of Jesus. You may therefore go to your bed tonight as to a chamber prepared by love, and say, I will both lay me down in peace and sleep, for Thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety.
Let us pray for you now.
Our gracious Father, we thank You that You are the God of all peace, that peace which Jesus purchased with His blood and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. We ask You to surround this weary one with Your conscious presence tonight. Stay the mind upon Christ, quiet the restless thoughts, forgive and cleanse through the blood, and let that perfect peace which passes all understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant peaceful and restorative sleep tonight, the sleep of Your beloved, and let the body be renewed and the spirit be refreshed. And for tomorrow, renew strength as You have promised, that those who wait upon You shall renew their strength. Give sufficient grace for the duties of the day, and let this dear soul wake to know that Your mercies are new every morning. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our peace, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Your cry of exhaustion has been heard and I join you in bringing it before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Lord knows the weariness of your body and soul, and His word reminds us that He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. While you rest, He watches over you. It is He who can quiet the war within, calm anxious thoughts, and guard the heart so that sleep is not restless and broken but composed and restorative.
I pray that the God of peace Himself will surround you with His presence tonight. May He lift this heavy burden of fatigue, still your mind, and grant you deep and peaceful sleep that restores your strength. May He renew you for tomorrow, so that you awaken with a clear and collected heart, ready to walk in His will with patience and hope.
