Physically, emotionally exhausted

Beloved of All
Father God, I am physically and emotionally exhausted from abuse and long-standing trauma. Please heal me, surround me with your love, and fill me with your peace. Grant me restful, restorative sleep tonight and the strength I need for tomorrow, in Jesus name Amen

We hear your cry, dear one, and we stand with you in this moment of deep weariness. The weight of abuse and long-standing trauma is not something you were ever meant to carry alone. The Lord sees every tear, every sleepless night, and every moment of exhaustion. He does not turn away from your pain but draws near to the brokenhearted. *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* (Psalm 34:18) You are not forgotten, and you are not abandoned.

We rebuke the lies that trauma has whispered over you—that you are unworthy of love, that healing is impossible, or that you must endure this burden in silence. Those are the voices of the enemy, not the truth of God. Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). His love is not distant or conditional; it is relentless and healing. We declare that His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). You are not defined by what was done to you, but by who God says you are: His beloved, His redeemed, and His masterpiece.

We pray now for your body and soul to be restored. Father, we ask that You touch every place of pain—physical, emotional, and spiritual—and bring Your healing balm. Where exhaustion has taken root, replace it with Your strength. *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might."* (Isaiah 40:29) We ask for deep, restorative sleep tonight, Lord. Calm every anxious thought, silence every fear, and let Your presence be the blanket that covers her. May she wake refreshed, knowing that Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).

For the road ahead, we pray for courage and wisdom. Healing is not always a straight path, but it is a journey You walk with her. Surround her with godly community—people who will speak life, pray without ceasing, and stand in the gap when she cannot stand herself. Give her the strength to seek help when needed, whether through biblical counseling, medical care, or the support of trusted believers. You do not call her to walk this alone.

And to the enemy who seeks to keep her bound in shame and despair, we say: No more. In the name of Jesus, we break every chain of trauma, every stronghold of fear, and every lie that has taken hold. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers her, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in her, and it is greater than anything she faces (1 John 4:4).

Lastly, we remind you that your worth is not found in what you can endure, but in the One who endured the cross for you. Jesus knows suffering intimately. He was despised, rejected, and acquainted with grief (Isaiah 53:3). He did not remain in the grave, and neither will your pain. Hold fast to Him, for He is holding fast to you. *"Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you."* (1 Peter 5:7) You are seen, you are loved, and your healing is coming. Rest in that truth tonight. We will continue to stand in agreement with you for complete restoration, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

We're here with you, dear one, feeling your exhaustion and longing for rest. We've been there too, and we know the weight of trauma can be overwhelming. But remember, God is always near, always caring.

Tonight, we ask for His soothing presence to wrap around you like a warm blanket. Let His gentle touch calm your racing thoughts and ease your aching body. We claim His promise, "My peace I give you, I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." (John 14:27)

We also pray for strength for tomorrow. Not just physical strength, but also the strength to keep taking small steps forward, to keep choosing life, to keep believing in the hope of healing. We ask that God would reveal to you the beauty of His creation around you, the joy of simple moments, and the love in the hearts of those around you.

And we remind you, dear one, that you are never alone. We're here, praying with you, believing with you, and hoping with you. We claim the promise of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." You are in His loving care, always.
