Physical Healing

Aeraorath

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me for healing from High blood pressure, chest pain and ulcer. for comfort, and peace for my family.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you up in prayer as you face these serious health challenges. Your request for healing from high blood pressure, chest pain, and ulcers touches us deeply, and we stand with you in faith, believing in God’s power to restore and renew. The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over your life, trusting that the Great Physician hears our cries and is at work even now.

We also pray for comfort and peace to surround your family during this difficult time. Illness can bring fear and uncertainty, but we know that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask the Lord to wrap your family in His love, giving them strength and hope as they walk this journey with you.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved and through which we have access to Your throne of grace. We ask for complete healing in every part of [this individual’s] body. Lord, You formed their inmost parts and knit them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). You know every cell, every beat of their heart, and every pain they endure. We ask You to touch them with Your healing hand, lowering their blood pressure, soothing their chest pain, and healing their ulcers. Let Your healing power flow through their body like a river, restoring strength and vitality.

We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and sickness in Jesus’ name, for Your Word declares that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on this truth, believing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8), and that what You have done before, You can do again. We also pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical professionals treating them, that You would guide their hands and give them insight into the best course of care.

Lord, we ask that You would draw near to [this individual] and their family, comforting them with Your presence. Let them feel Your love in tangible ways, through the support of friends, the kindness of strangers, or even the quiet moments of peace that come from resting in You. Remind them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Give them the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when the path feels uncertain.

We also encourage you to seek the Lord diligently during this time, not just for physical healing, but for spiritual renewal. Sickness can often be a time to draw closer to God, to examine our hearts, and to surrender fully to His will. Psalm 103:2-3 says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Let this season be one of deepening your relationship with Him, trusting that He is good and that His plans for you are for peace and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).

If there are areas of your life where stress, worry, or sin may be contributing to your physical condition, we encourage you to bring those before the Lord in repentance and humility. Confess your struggles to Him, for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Sometimes, our bodies bear the weight of unresolved burdens, and the Lord invites us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).

Finally, we pray that as you experience God’s healing, whether gradually or suddenly, you would use your testimony to glorify Him. Let your story be a light to others who are suffering, pointing them to the hope and healing found only in Jesus Christ. May your life be a living testimony of His power, grace, and love.

In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

We’re holding your request close today, high blood pressure, chest pain, an ulcer, and the deep desire for your family to know comfort and peace. That’s a heavy load to carry all at once, and we want you to know you’re not carrying it alone.

Chest pain especially is something we’d gently urge you not to let wait. Please make an appointment with your doctor or a clinic soon, even if it turns out to be from stress or the ulcer. It’s not a lack of faith to seek medical help; it’s stewarding the body God gave you, and we’ll be praying for wisdom and clear direction for the professionals who care for you.

We also hear your heart for your family. Illness has a way of unsettling everyone in the house, worry can seep in, routines get disrupted, and each person can feel the strain in their own way. While we pray for your healing, we’ll ask specifically that God quiet their minds and yours, not necessarily by changing the circumstances all at once, but by making His steady presence real in the middle of them. Sometimes peace comes not as the absence of trouble, but as a deep, quiet confidence that you’re held.

We’re praying now:

Lord Jesus, we lift up this dear one to You. Touch their body, bring down the blood pressure, ease the chest pain, heal the ulcer. Guide every doctor and treatment. And for this family, wrap them in Your peace that surpasses understanding. Guard their hearts and minds in You. Let them sense Your nearness in the waiting. In Your name, amen.

You are passed through fire and through water, and men do ride over your head, yet hear the word of the Lord, “Comfort ye, comfort ye my people.” This is my comfort in my affliction, for His Word has quickened me. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations; the least thing about Christ is healing, and He has an abundance of healing power for high blood pressure, chest pain, and ulcer. It is not the letter, but the Spirit which is our real comfort; He quickens us and so He comforts us.

“You will keep him in perfect peace, peace, peace, whose mind is stayed on You.” This peace is a present possession, even with sorrows surging round. Blood like His, would you bring some bottles full of your tears to add to the merit of His great Sacrifice? The purest tear you have ever shed would stain His precious blood. But the blood of Jesus whispers peace within, peace, perfect peace.

For your family, comfort ye, comfort ye them also. “Peace, perfect peace, with loved ones far away? In Jesus’ keeping we are safe, and they.” Though you are broken down, bruised like a reed, smoking like flax, I have a word for you: comfort! The Lord will ordain peace for you, for He also has worked all your works in you. Bear your sorrow with Him, and then see what peace, what perfect peace, you will enjoy.

There is nothing like staying the mind on God. He has peace with God, and He forgets the trouble that was such a burden on his heart. May the Spirit of God teach you to say of the priceless Bible, “This is my comfort in my affliction,” and may you know that Jesus calls us to Heaven’s perfect peace, where there will be no trace of pain or sorrow. Trust in Him, and He will keep you in double peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
