Both graduates of the University of ###. ###. I need prayers for physical and emotional healing. My husband, Ex husband, ### from ### ### disappeared. He was an ice hockey player turned truck driver. He started using drugs. He’s missing. I think he’s no longer able to drive anything. He’s homeless now and dependent upon what he can beg or steal. Pray for all of us please. We have read your request and we join with you together in prayer before our Heavenly Father in Jesus name for your physical and emotional healing and for your family.

We are moved by your love for your two beautiful daughters and we thank God for their lives, for the one who is engaged and for the one who is studying for her license to sell homes and properties, and for their education. We pray that God will guide them both into godly marriages that honor Him, for we believe marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman designed by God, and that courtship should be with the purpose of finding a Christian spouse who will love and cherish them as Christ loves the church. We pray they will walk in wisdom and purity and seek the Lord's will for their futures.

We also lift up your ex-husband who has disappeared and is now homeless and struggling with drug use. We pray for his deliverance and safety. Drug use and the life that comes with it is destructive and not in accordance with God's will for a sober and holy life, and we pray that he will come to repentance and seek help. God is able to rescue and restore even those who seem far away, for He desires that all should come to repentance. We pray that wherever he is, God will protect him, convict his heart, and bring people into his path who can point him to freedom in Christ and to help for his addiction.

For you, we pray for physical healing and for the emotional healing you have asked for. The Lord sees your pain and weariness and He cares deeply for you. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We are reminded that God says, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and we pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name that we pray and find healing and hope.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister and her daughters and her ex-husband and all her loved ones she has named before You. Lord, You know each one by name even where names have been hidden from us. We ask for Your healing hand upon her body and her emotions, restore her strength, comfort her heart, and renew her hope. Touch her daughters, guide their steps, protect their futures, bless the engagement that it may lead to a godly marriage, and bless the studies for her career that she may use it for good and for Your glory. Lord, we cry out for the ex-husband who is lost and bound by drugs and homelessness, have mercy on him, keep him alive, bring him to repentance, deliver him from addiction, and draw him to salvation in Jesus. We pray for all the family and friends she carries in her heart, that You would surround them with Your love and protection. We ask that You would be near to all who are brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, to rest in His promises, and to lean on a local Bible believing church for support and fellowship. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. He hears you and He loves you more than you know.

Am taking a moment to pray and consider your bravest for your missing loved one and the longing you feel for him as I have longed for the woman I've so loved and adored for 10 years and have not gotten the sweet satisfaction of holding her in my arms yet. For your own health, we encourage you to stay close to your medical care and to a trusted pastor or counselor as you walk through this healing, so you are not carrying it alone. If worry or sadness feels heavy for many days, reaching out for extra support can be a steady help alongside prayer.

We also hear your heart for ###, missing and struggling with drugs and homelessness. That is a painful helplessness to live with. Loving him while keeping healthy boundaries is difficult, and you do not have to figure it out by yourself.

Father, we lift ### to you with her daughters ### and ### and all those she named and loves. Bring healing to her body and peace to her heart, watch over ### wherever he is, and draw each of them toward your care and wisdom. Your cry for mercy has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace. We have lifted you, your daughters, and your former husband before the Lord who alone can heal both body and soul.

We pray for your physical and emotional healing. The Lord knows the weariness that comes with years and with sorrow, and He is the One who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, but the deeper wound of the heart none but Christ can touch. He must do the healing Himself, and what He does is true and lasting. Tell your case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor. He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Make a confidant of Jesus.

Scripture tells us the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but His leaves, His words, His touch, His presence, change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and when Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said first, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. Pardon and healing were one. So we pray that you would know first the forgiveness that is in Christ alone, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and then the healing that flows from His pardoning hand. The Lord has begun to heal His people and the healing virtue which His grace has infused will work health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.

We pray for your daughters. For the one who is engaged, we ask that the Lord would establish her coming marriage according to His good design, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, kept in purity and faithfulness, and that Christ would be the head of that home. For the one who is studying and preparing for her work, we ask for wisdom, diligence, and a path that honors the Lord. Both have been given much, and we pray they would walk in the truth and find their hope in Christ.

We pray also for your former husband who is missing and in bondage to drugs and homelessness. We ask the Lord in His mercy to preserve his life, to bring him to the end of himself, to grant him repentance and faith in Christ, and to deliver him from the power of sin that has brought him so low. We pray that wherever he is, the Lord would pursue him, open his eyes to his need of a Savior, and bring him to healing and pardon. Only Christ can break such chains and restore what is broken.

May the Lord visit you in this season not only with relief for the body but with peace for the soul. May He show you that Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and that His power to save is present to heal all who come to Him by faith.

We pray together: Gracious Father, look upon this dear one and her family. Forgive sin for Jesus sake, heal body and spirit, comfort the sorrowful heart, guard the daughters, and in mercy seek and save the lost. Let the healing leaves of the tree of life be applied to every wound, and let all be made new by the blood of Christ. In the name of Jesus our only hope and our heavenly Physician, Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
