Beloved of All
Your honesty about being hurt over and over, and then being judged for the wounds others gave you, is heard. What was done to you as a child, as a teenager, and as an adult was not your fault, and it is wrong for anyone to look down on you or attack you for trauma you did not choose and did not cause. The pain of abuse is heavy enough without others adding judgment and gaslighting on top of it.
God sees this clearly. Scripture teaches that His judgment is true and righteous and completely fair. He does not judge you for the evil others did to you. He judges each person according to what they have done. Those who have harmed you are accountable to Him, and when He brings judgment there is no escaping it by strength or speed. At the same time God delights in mercy far more than in judgment. Like a loving parent who looks for every reason to show mercy instead of punishment, He looks for the way to forgive and restore.
The Bible also says the Lord knows how to deliver those who are His and to keep them safe while reserving the unrepentant for the day of judgment. Through the cross of Christ He provides a shelter and a mark of protection, so that even when judgment is all around, He can discriminate and keep His own. That is His heart for you now, not to condemn you for what you suffered, but to cover you, to lift the shame others have tried to put on you, and to bring justice in His perfect way and time.

Father, in the name of Jesus I lift up this dear one who has been abused and gaslighted and then unfairly judged for that very trauma. You see every wound and every lie that was spoken against them. I ask that You would bring the constant abuse and gaslighting to a permanent end. Place a hedge of protection around them and keep them safe from those who would harm or demean them. Silence the voices that look down on them and judge them for what was never their fault. Let them know deeply that they are not defined by what others did, but by Your mercy and love. Heal the trauma in their heart and mind, restore what has been broken, and surround them with people who will speak truth and show kindness. Bring Your true and righteous justice in Your way, and let Your mercy and shelter be their daily refuge. Amen.
