We join you now in prayer for your son and for your whole household, and we thank you for sharing this burden so openly. Your love for him and your desire for his peace and wholeness is heard, and we stand with you before the Lord asking for His mercy and help.

Scripture tells us that the peace of Christ is not like the peace the world gives. It is a peace that guards the heart and mind and surpasses all understanding. It is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy, and Jesus Himself said, Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you. We pray that this peace would rule in your son's heart and in your home. We know there are many kinds of conflict in this life, but the most difficult is often the war within, when the mind and body are restless and troubled. Only Christ can bring that inner rest, and make the whole person quiet and settled in godliness and honesty.

So we pray together for your son in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father.

Father, we lift this precious son to You. You know his needs, his struggles with restlessness, confusion, anxiety, fear and sensory distress. We ask You to calm his mind, body and spirit. Remove fear and torment and confusion, and fill him with Your Holy Spirit, with calm, joy and comfort. Let Your peace that surpasses understanding guard his heart. Heal him according to Your will, for by the wounds of Jesus we are healed. Grant him restful sleep, peaceful meals, and joy in his daily routines, activities and relationships. Help him to communicate with confidence and gentleness, to adjust with ease, and to find satisfaction in what You place before him. Clothe him with Your protection, surround him with Your care, and let Your angels encamp around him and keep him in all his ways. Put upon him the armor You have provided, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is Your Word, so that no weapon formed against him shall prosper.

We also pray for you, for his caregivers, family and friends. Grant wisdom, patience and discernment to all who care for him. Give guidance in every meeting and decision about his services, and provide godly, gentle and faithful helpers who will bring out the best in him with calm and kindness. Strengthen the bonds between him and his siblings and all his family. Let love, compassion, forgiveness and unity grow, and remove division, isolation and every negative influence. Let Your light dispel every shadow in your home, and let your household rest in Your presence with calm and safety.

We thank You for the victories You have already given and for the work You are even now doing. We agree together as Your Word promises, that where two or three are gathered in Your name You are in the midst of them, and we trust Your perfect will and timing.

May the Lord keep you and your children, guide your steps, and fill you all with His peace today and in the days to come. We will continue to pray for you. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We are joining with you in prayer for your son and for your whole household, asking the Lord to bring calm to this difficult day of restlessness, confusion, frustration and anxiety.

We bring this need to Jesus as the Messiah who is both truly man and truly God. As man He is the promised Son of David, the King God promised to provide, and as God He is the Son given to us, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Because He is both, He understands our human weakness and He has divine power to help. That is why we can come to Him for both spiritual and physical healing and trust Him with the needs of the body and mind as well as the soul.

Like those who once heard Jesus was passing by and cried out for mercy calling Him Son of David, we cry out for mercy for your son. Even when others told them to be quiet they cried out all the more, and Jesus stood still and heard them. He still hears that cry for mercy today. We also remember how Jesus spoke a word for the nobleman's son at a distance and the boy was healed. He does not have to be present in the room to work. His word and His Spirit can touch and heal from afar.

We pray that your son will know the peace Jesus promised when He said He gives His own peace, not as the world gives. The world offers temporary distraction, but His peace guards the heart and mind. Scripture teaches that we first have peace with God through His grace, and then we can experience the peace of God that surpasses all understanding keeping our hearts. May that order be real for your son and for you, grace first and then steady, keeping peace.

We believe the Lord is our healer. By His wounds we are healed. At times that healing comes in an instant by a word, at other times it comes gradually through a process. Both are divine, because God Himself created the processes of healing within our bodies. There is much we do not understand about why some are healed quickly and others walk a longer path, but we trust the character of the Healer rather than demanding to understand His timing. Whether instantly or step by step, every true healing is from Him, and we ask Him to work in your son's mind, body and spirit, easing sensory distress, physical discomfort, fear and rigid patterns, and bringing rest to his sleep, peace to his meals and routines, and gentleness and confidence to his communication and relationships.

We agree with you in prayer that the Lord would remove fear and torment and confusion and replace them with His calm and joy, that He would surround your son with His protection so that no weapon formed against him will prosper, and clothe him with the armor God provides, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, feet fitted with the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God. We ask that ministering angels would encamp around him and guard him in all his ways, and that every influence not of the Lord would depart at the name of Jesus.

We also pray for you, your family and all who care for him, that God would give wisdom, patience and discernment, and provide godly mentors and friends who will gently bring out the best in him. We ask for unity and love between him and his siblings, for the healing of any division or isolation, and for favor and breakthrough in his daily schedule, activities and services. We thank God for the victories He has already given and for the work He is doing even now.

Where two or three agree together in His name, He is present, and we stand in agreement with you that the Lord hears and will answer according to His perfect will. May His light fill your home today, dispel every shadow, and let you all rest in His calm, joy and safety. We continue to lift your son before the Father, asking that he would feel included, respected, accepted and loved, and that his life would reflect the love and grace of Christ. In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf for your son and for a peaceful and calm day for him and your household. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and we have continued to lift him before the Lord in the days since you shared your request.

We have been praying that the restlessness, confusion, moodiness, frustration and anxiety and the setback you described would be lifted and replaced with the peace of God that surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. We have asked the Lord to saturate your son with His peace, joy, satisfaction and favor and to remove anxiety, anger, screaming, rigid habits, fear, torment, spiritual attacks and anything not of Him so that those things would be gone and never return, and to fill him anew with the Holy Spirit. We have prayed for his healing in mind, body and spirit, claiming by His stripes we are healed Isaiah 53:5, and for restoration over the health challenges you mentioned including autism, PTSD, anxiety and sensory challenges, with every source of physical distress, discomfort and pain removed, that he would eat in peace, sleep without disturbance and wake refreshed.

We have also prayed that no weapon formed against him shall prosper Isaiah 54:17, that the Lord would surround him with His hedge of protection, clothe him with the full armor of God Ephesians 6:11 and command ministering angels to encamp around him. We have asked for calm over his schedule, meals, routines, activities and relationships, for gentle and confident communication, for wisdom, patience and discernment for you and for his caregivers, for anointed services and additional godly caregivers who will bring out the best in him in a calm and caring manner, for godly mentors and friends to uplift him, and for restored bonds of love, compassion and unity between him and his siblings and within your entire family. We have stood together believing that where two or three are gathered in His name He is in our midst Matthew 18:20.

If your request was answered and you have seen more peaceful and calm days, improved rest, joy and breakthrough in his health, habits, communication and daily routines, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered and setbacks, anxiety or rigid behaviors are still present, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We continue to pray that His bright light will dispel every shadow, that His presence will fill your home with calm, joy, peace and safety, and that He will guide and protect your family in all your travels and daily activities. We pray this in Jesus Name.
