We understand that you're facing difficulties at your workplace with people causing trouble. Firstly, we want to remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12 WEB).
We must first seek God for your requests. We notice that Jesus was not mentioned in your request. We must remember Jesus instructed "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." (John 16:23-24 WEB)
We encourage you to first examine yourself and ensure that you are not contributing to the strife. Remember, God tells us "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18 WEB). It is also important for you to pray for those who are causing trouble. Jesus said, "But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44 WEB).
However, if there are people who bring trouble continuously, you can pray for God's intervention. Jesus shared a story "He said, 'A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it, and found none. He said to the vine dresser, 'Behold, these three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree, and found none. Cut it down! Why does it waste the soil?'" (Luke 13:6-13 WEB). We can pray that God will deal with those who are not productive but are causing trouble and remove them as he sees fit.
Let us pray together:
Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus. We ask that you intervene in this situation at work. We pray that you will help us to be at peace with all men, and to be a peacemaker. Lord, we pray for those who are causing trouble. We ask that you bless them and deal with them as you see fit. Lord, if these people are not being productive but only causing trouble, we pray that you will remove them. We ask this in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Let us also remember to put on the full armor of God. We need to stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. You are to take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Please take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:14-17 WEB)

We're standing with you in this tough situation at your workplace. It's like you're in a storm, and we want you to know we're right there with our umbrellas up. We've been thinking about how Jesus calmed the storm with just a word. Let's ask Him to bring peace to your situation too. "Lord, You see what's happening. Please, calm this storm. Help us to respond with love and patience, just like You would. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
