We come before the Lord with your requests, lifting them up in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and can find true peace and prosperity. First, we want to address the foundation of our prayers—faith in Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so, for He is the only way to eternal life and the source of all true peace.
Now, let us pray for the peace and prosperity you seek in your workplace. Heavenly Father, we ask that You surround our brother/sister with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we pray that You would remove any fear or anxiety about the investigation involving their former colleague. Protect them from being entangled in any wrongdoing and grant them wisdom to navigate this situation with integrity. Guide their steps according to Your will, and let Your light shine in their workplace so that all may see Your goodness.
We rebuke any spirit of strife, division, or unethical behavior in this workplace. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 16:11, "Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work." Lord, we ask that You expose any dishonesty or risky transactions and replace them with a spirit of teamwork and godly conduct. Help our brother/sister to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and righteousness. May their colleagues see Christ in them and be drawn to You.
Father, we also lift up their professional goals. You have promised in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that You would open doors for them to achieve their quotas and excel in their work. Give them favor with their supervisors and clients, and bless the work of their hands. May their efforts be fruitful and bring glory to Your name.
We also pray for the desire to provide for their mother. The Bible teaches us to honor our parents, and we ask that You would bless our brother/sister with additional opportunities to generate income, such as sidelines or side ventures. Proverbs 13:22 says, "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children," and we pray that You would enable them to be a blessing to their family. Provide the resources and time needed to take their mother on a vacation, as a way of showing love and gratitude for all she has done.
Lord, we ask that You would also guard their heart against the love of money or the temptation to cut corners for financial gain. 1 Timothy 6:10 warns us, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will provide for all their needs.
Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand in agreement with our brother/sister, believing that God is their protector, provider, and guide. May they walk in the fullness of His blessings, both in their workplace and in their personal life. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
