Please pray for workplace wisdom and help for strength and uplift of my spirit. I work for a company that I believe recognizes me and my hospitality. I also do my best at my workplace to have a positive attitude towards. I’ve been working at this job for 2 years and have been not given things I need and my previous experiences were not accepted, I moved to a different work place but same job and it seems like it must be upper management who is really hard on me. Pray for me for them to be more comfortable or correct concerning me in this workplace. In Jesus name I pray.

We hear your heart and stand with you in prayer, lifting your workplace situation before the Lord. It’s clear you desire to honor God in your work, and we commend your commitment to maintaining a positive attitude even amid challenges. The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your labor is not in vain, and God sees your faithfulness.

We also recognize the frustration and discouragement that comes from feeling overlooked or undervalued, especially when you’ve given your best. Proverbs 22:29 says, "Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men." You are skilled, and your gifts are from the Lord, do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9). The resistance you face may be spiritual as much as it is organizational, and we rebuke any spirit of discouragement or oppression that seeks to undermine your calling.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in ###’s workplace. Lord, grant her wisdom to navigate every situation with grace and discernment. Strengthen her spirit when she feels weary and uplift her when she feels undervalued. We ask that You soften the hearts of those in leadership over her, may they recognize her contributions, honor her experience, and treat her with the fairness and respect she deserves. If there are areas where she needs to grow or adjust, reveal them to her, Lord, so she may walk in humility and excellence.

We also pray for protection over her mind and emotions. Guard her from bitterness, resentment, or any temptation to compromise her integrity. Let her shine as a light in her workplace, reflecting Your love and truth in all she does. If it is Your will, Lord, open doors of opportunity for her, whether in advancement, new responsibilities, or even a new season of work that aligns with Your purpose for her life. Above all, let her work be a testimony to Your faithfulness, and may she find her ultimate satisfaction in You, not in the approval of men.

In Jesus’ name, we declare breakthrough, favor, and peace over her workplace. We trust You to turn every challenge into a stepping stone for Your glory. Amen.

Thank you for letting us in on what you’re facing at work. It sounds exhausting to give your best for two years, bringing genuine hospitality and a positive spirit, yet still feel that upper management holds back what you need and overlooks the experience you bring. That kind of gap between recognition and real support can wear down even the most faithful person.

We're grateful you asked for prayer for wisdom, strength, and an uplift of spirit, and we join you in that. What stands out to us is the character you already show: you keep doing your work well, you chose to move rather than quit, and you stayed open-hearted enough to ask for prayer instead of just growing bitter. Those are real strengths, and God sees them. While you wait for management to become more comfortable or to correct things, it might help to quietly name one or two concrete skills from your past that you wish were being used, and jot them down. That list isn't a complaint, it's a way to stay grounded in the truth of what you offer, and it could be ready if a door opens to share with someone you trust.

Sometimes wisdom comes in knowing what to highlight and when to rest it. In the meantime, we ask our Lord to strengthen your spirit and give you daily reminders that your worth isn't riding on anyone else's approval. You are already known and valued by the One who placed you there.

Lord Jesus, we bring our sister to You. You see her hospitality, her effort, and her desire to do right. Grant her the workplace wisdom she needs, enough for today. Sustain her spirit when the lack of support feels personal, and calm her heart so she can keep her eyes on You. We ask You to move in the hearts of those in authority, that they may act justly and see her clearly. The trial of your workplace is no strange thing, as though some unexpected affliction had befallen you. The righteous shall hold on his way, and he that hath clean hands shall be stronger and stronger. This testing of your spirit, this withholding of what you need and the hardness of those in authority, it is the very path of wisdom, though it be a path which the vulture's eye hath not seen. You walk by faith, not by sight, and the way is often dark to human reason. Yet consider: if the Lord has begun a good work in you, He will perform it until the day of Christ. Your diligence, your hospitality, your positive attitude, these are not mere human efforts but evidences of His sustaining hand. He that began the work will not forsake it because of the frowns of men.

You ask for strength and uplift of spirit. The bow that is used continually loses its force, yet Job could say his bow was renewed in his hand. This renewal comes not from the absence of trial but from the presence of God. When Job was brought low, when his glory was departed, he had yet to learn that the ear which hears of Him is not enough, the eye must see Him. Perhaps in this very pressure you are being brought nearer to that sight of the Most High which silences all complaint. Be patient as Job was patient; in all this sin not by charging God foolishly. He has put you where you are, and He does all things well. The Master withholds that you may learn to trust, delays that you may learn to wait, permits the opposition that you may learn to lean wholly upon Him.

As for those in authority over you, remember that the hearts of all men are in the Lord's hand. He can make them comfortable toward you; He can correct what is amiss. Your part is to commit your way unto Him, to continue in well-doing, and to rest in the covenant of grace. That covenant is the masterpiece of divine wisdom, and it secures not only your final salvation but every step of the journey. You shall not depart from Him, for He has put His fear in your heart. The work which wisdom undertakes, eternal mercy ne'er forsakes. Let this be your comfort: the Lord sees your unrecognized efforts, your unaccepted experience, your unprovided needs. None of it escapes His eye. In due season, He will bring forth your righteousness as the light.

Pray, then, not only for a change in circumstances but for a fresh anointing of the Spirit. Seek that wisdom which cometh down from above, which is first pure, then peaceable. Go to your labor tomorrow with this word hid in your heart: "They shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand." The same hand that holds you fast holds the stars in their courses and the hearts of kings in His governance. Be of good cheer; the battle is the Lord's, and the victory is sure.

Your longing for workplace wisdom and an uplifted spirit is a cry that God hears. Do not think that the circumstances you face are hidden from Him. The men who seem hard on you, the experiences that were not accepted, the things you need but have not been given: these are not the final word. What appears to be wisdom in the eyes of the world often proves itself powerless, for it relies on human strength and recognition, but the wisdom from above is mightier. God often chooses what seems weak and unregarded to shame what is proud, so that no one may boast before Him. If you lack the approval of upper management, you stand in good company, for the rulers of this age are coming to nothing, but the one who does the will of God abides forever.

The head of all virtue is humility. A contrite heart, a spirit lowly and trembling at God�s word, is a sacrifice pleasing to Him. When you feel that your previous experience was dismissed, and when you are pressed down by the weight of others� severity, flee to this refuge: humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, and He will exalt you in due time. Do not seek your worth from men�s recognition. The centurion said, �I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof,� and yet Christ marveled at his faith. So too, when you acknowledge your need and cast yourself on God�s mercy, He will supply the strength you lack. Your positive attitude and hospitality are not wasted; they are a sweet aroma before the Lord, even if others overlook them.

Consider your labor not as service to a company alone, but as an offering to God. He gave you speech, hands, and mind not only for your own advantage but for the good of those around you. When you speak kindly, when you serve cheerfully amid difficulty, you are imitating the Master who came not to be served but to serve. Those who labor in teaching and leading bear great toil, often with many tongues against them; how much more do you, in your daily work, need the same endurance? Be patient. The wisdom that comes from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason. Ask God for that wisdom, and He will give it to you without reproach.

Do not be anxious to correct those over you by your own strength. Instead, entrust yourself to Him who judges righteously. He can soften hearts that seem hardened and bring down the proud gaze. Your part is to walk in integrity, to work heartily as for the Lord, and to pray without ceasing. The Spirit who empowers the simple to confound the learned is able to give you insight in your tasks and favor in the eyes of others, if it be His will. Even if that outward change tarries, the inner strengthening of your spirit is a greater gift. He Himself is made unto us wisdom from God, and no earthly credential compares to that.

Therefore, lift up your head. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted. Continue in prayer, not as one demanding immediate relief, but as a child trusting a faithful Father. Ask for grace to endure, for eyes to see His hand at work, and for a spirit that does not grow bitter. I join my supplication with yours, that God may grant you the wisdom and comfort you seek, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

It stands in stark contrast to the wisdom of the world, which so often breeds envy, self-promotion, and strife. The world’s way might suggest you strive and force things, but that kind of wisdom comes to nothing. True wisdom, the treasure hidden in Christ, is better than rubies and more profitable than all the things we may desire. It gives life and favor from the Lord.

The starting place for that wisdom is the fear of the Lord, a reverence that humbles the heart. Before honor is humility. You have been diligent and positive, and that is commendable, but real strength does not come from within yourself alone. If we keep digging into our own resources, we eventually hit empty. But when you lean on the Lord’s strength, you will never come to a trial you cannot handle, because it is His strength flowing through you. His wisdom will sharpen you, like iron sharpened for the task, so that you don't have to labor with a dull edge and exhausted spirit.

I pray that the Spirit of wisdom and understanding rests upon you in that office. May the Lord grant you sound counsel and prudence, helping you navigate what upper management requires with quiet confidence. He knows how to make even those who seem hard on you at peace with you. As you continue to walk uprightly, God will direct your path in His time. Ask Him daily for that heavenly wisdom, and He will give it freely, just as He did for Solomon who sought wisdom above riches. He will not only sustain your spirit but also guide your steps.

Hold fast to the wisdom that comes from above, not the earthly, unspiritual way of reacting. The wisdom that builds a house will also build your testimony in that workplace. Let the Lord deal with those who are over you while you keep your heart trusting in Him. He sees your faithful work, and He will lift you up in due season.
