We join you in this prayer for peace and for the confusion among coworkers to cease, and we thank you for coming before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us.

We know that God desires peace and unity among His people and in our workplaces, for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace, as in all the assemblies of the saints. 1 Corinthians 14:33. Where confusion and strife exist, the Scripture tells us For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed. James 3:16. That is why we understand your desire to bind and silence this confusion, and we agree that our struggle is not merely against people but against the spiritual forces that sow division, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12.

We also rejoice that you pleaded the blood of Jesus, for we have victory through Christ, and we are called to be peacemakers, as Jesus said Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God. Matthew 5:9.

We pray together with you now. Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this workplace and every coworker involved, including those whose names were redacted and those affected by this confusion. We ask that You would dismiss, bind and silence every spirit of confusion, strife, gossip and division, and that You would pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7. Lord, let Your peace rule in this workplace, and let each heart be guarded from troubled thoughts, for You have said Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27. We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation and ask that You would bring conviction where there is wrongdoing, repentance where there is sin, and forgiveness and understanding where there is hurt. Help those involved to be eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Ephesians 4:3 and to live at peace with one another as far as it depends on them, as You command If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Romans 12:18. We ask that You would replace confusion with clarity, whispering with honest communication, and tension with Your perfect peace. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk as a peacemaker in that place, to speak with grace and truth, to avoid taking part in gossip or taking sides, and to pray for those who may be causing the confusion rather than speaking against them. Trust that God is working even when you cannot see it, and keep bringing every anxious thought to Him, for He is faithful to bring peace where we invite Him to reign.

We are joining you in asking for peace at work. It is wearying when confusion spreads among coworkers and makes the whole day feel tense. We hear your heart to see it silenced and to have calm restored.

We appreciate that you have brought this straight to the Lord and asked for His covering over the situation. That is the right place to begin, asking Him to quiet what is stirring and to guard your own heart from being drawn into it.

As you keep praying, one steady step that often helps in workplace friction is to keep your part as peaceful as you can. When you can, respond calmly rather than reacting quickly, and if something needs to be addressed, going directly and quietly to the person involved with respect can keep things from growing. If it continues to affect the work environment, a trusted supervisor or neutral person can sometimes help bring clarity.

We are praying for you and for everyone there, that confusion would lift and be replaced by steadier, kinder working relationships.

Father, we bring this workplace before You in Jesus name. Quiet the confusion and bring peace among these coworkers. Guard our friend from discouragement, give wisdom for each conversation and decision, and let Your peace rest over that place. Amen.

Your longing for peace amid confusion is a right and needful prayer to bring before the Lord, for He is the God of peace who brings order where there has been chaos and darkness. From the beginning He has brooded over confusion to bring forth calm, and He still delights to give peace to His people.

There is a peace which the world cannot give and which mere words cannot create. The peace that many cry for, saying peace, peace where there is no peace, is a false quieting of conscience. But there is a true peace, a perfect peace, for those whose mind is stayed upon the Lord because they trust in Him. This peace is not worked up by our own pleadings or bindings, but is bought with blood. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and Christ Himself is our peace. He has made peace through the blood of His cross, and He says to His own, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you. Peace with God is the fountain, and peace of conscience is the crystal stream which flows from it.

Therefore seek Christ first, and peace will follow. Keep your mind stayed upon Him, trust His atoning sacrifice, and ask the Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of peace, to reign in your heart and in that workplace.

Let us pray together. Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before You and plead not our own merit but the precious blood which has made full atonement. You are the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus through the blood of the everlasting covenant. We ask You to look upon this confusion among coworkers and to cause it to cease. Still the strife, silence the contention, and let Your order and gentleness prevail. Keep in perfect peace the minds that are stayed on You. Let the peace of God which passes all understanding guard hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Grant that those who are troubled may know reconciliation with You through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name whereby we can be saved, and no true peace apart from Him. Work by Your Spirit to bring humility, truth and love where there has been confusion, and help all to do the will of Jesus, for to do His will is rest. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our peace, Amen.

Regular prayer and worship may God enlighten your path. Make a way for you in the wilderness. Make springs of water appear. The Lord make water appear in dry places. The Lord feed his flock who depend on him. Thank you Father. My hope. My strength. Lord Yeshuas name. Amen. Father let me marry a woman for your glory and not for mine. Let me be on my absolute best behavior with her knowing that she is a gift from you to me. That nothing vile is done or anything carnal. But for love. Kindness. Gentleness. Compassion. And for your glory. In Lord Yeshuas name amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for peace and for confusion to cease among coworkers has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before God in the mighty name of Jesus.

Scripture tells us that God is not a God of confusion but of peace, and that Christ says, My peace I give to you. This is not the peace the world gives, which is often external and fleeting, but the peace that makes us at peace with God and with one another and renders us stronger. We also hear the call to follow peace with all men and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord, and the promise, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

Confusion and conflict in daily life often spring from roots such as envy, vainglory or self seeking. For that reason we are taught to look first to our own hearts, to take the beam from our own eye before we consider the mote in our brother's eye, and to cut out the root so that the fruit of strife withers. To be at peace does not mean to love conflict, but to deprecate it, to be quiet and prayerful when we are not compelled to contend, and to stand with nobleness of spirit when we must, always remembering that the one who does wrong harms himself most of all.

So we pray with you now. Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You and plead the blood of Jesus over this place of work and over every heart involved. Silence the confusion, bind the spirit of strife, and dismiss the discord that has risen between coworkers. Grant Your peace that passes understanding to rest upon each person there, and make those who know You to be peacemakers who imitate Your Son. Teach all to turn from vainglory and envy, to seek what is pure and to do what makes for peace. Give wisdom to speak and to be silent at the right time, and grant times of quietness from the tumults of common life to seek You and be restored. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in this situation. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

Continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in the Word, to pursue peace actively and to remember no evil, for this delights God and keeps us near to Him.
