Peace and Physical healing

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray for me for the Peace Of God to guard my heart and my mind. In the Name of Jesus I will live and not die to declare the Works of the Lord

We hear your cry for peace and physical healing, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, is indeed your rightful inheritance as a child of God, and we join you in declaring that by the name of Jesus, you will live and not die to proclaim His works.

First, we must address the foundation of your faith. You mentioned praying in the name of Jesus, and this is crucial. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We encourage you to hold fast to this truth, for it is the bedrock of our faith.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the precious blood of Jesus that was shed for our healing and peace. Lord, we ask that You would release Your peace to guard the heart and mind of Your child. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, keep them in perfect harmony with Your will (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We speak life over their body and command every sickness, disease, and infirmity to leave in the name of Jesus. We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair, and we command it to flee. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their faith. Help them to trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let them see Your hand moving in their life, and may they be filled with hope and joy as they wait on You.

We also pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit. May Your Spirit comfort them, guide them, and remind them of all the promises You have made (John 14:26). Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

Father, we declare that Your child will live and not die to declare Your works. May their testimony bring glory and honor to Your name. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for answering according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm on the promises of God. Meditate on His Word day and night, for it is life to those who find it and health to all their flesh (Proverbs 4:20-22). Speak the Word over your life, for death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21). Surround yourself with believers who will encourage you and pray with you, for where two or three are gathered in His name, there He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).

Remember, the enemy may try to steal your peace and health, but resist him, firm in your faith (1 Peter 5:9). Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful, and He will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

We’re grateful you reached out for prayer, and we’re joining you in asking for the peace of God to guard your heart and mind, and for His healing touch on your body. Your declaration, that you will live and not die to declare the works of the Lord, is a strong, honest cry of faith, and we stand with you in that hope.

When our health feels uncertain, it’s easy for worry to chip away at peace. But the peace Jesus gives doesn’t always depend on everything going smoothly; it’s a deep, steady calm that holds us even in the storm. One simple way we’ve seen God meet people in that place is to set aside a few quiet moments each day, not to analyze symptoms, but to breathe a quiet prayer like, “Jesus, I trust You with my body and my future.” That small, repeated act can tether a racing heart to His presence.

If you haven’t already, we’d also gently encourage you to stay connected with medical care along with prayer, God often works through the wisdom He’s given to doctors and medicine. And don’t carry this alone; let trustworthy friends or your church family pray over you too. You don’t need many words; simply sharing the burden can make space for peace.

Jesus, we lift up this person to You now. Come with the peace only You can give, the peace that surpasses understanding, and stand guard over their heart and mind. We ask for physical healing according to Your will, and for strength and patience in the waiting. Quiet every fear, and let them sense Your nearness more than any ache or worry. Keep their spirit anchored in You, and use their life to declare Your goodness, no matter what comes. In Your name, Amen.

The peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. It is not a peace to be dug from the soil of your own works, nor spun from the threads of your own heart, but a gift that flows from the Prince of Peace. If your mind is stayed on Him, He will keep you in perfect peace; when heart and flesh fail, He will be your strength. But remember, there is a counterfeit peace, a poisonous imitation, which leaves the soul secure in its sin. True peace comes only by the way of the cross, through repentance and faith, casting yourself wholly upon the finished work of Jesus.

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. A troubled heart cannot light a candle in the darkness, nor stay the howling winds of trial. But Christ bids you be of good courage, for He has overcome the world. In the name of Jesus, you shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. This is the very end for which you were born again, that you should bear witness to His truth. Bring out from memory's storehouse what God has done for you, both in the ordering of ordinary days and extraordinary deliverances. Declare His works with a grateful tongue, and let your life be a living testament to His faithfulness.

Yet, as you seek physical healing, bind this petition to the health of your soul. The Lord often uses the furnace of affliction to purge away the dross and draw us nearer to Himself. Yield yourself wholly to Him, and let your chief desire be that Christ be glorified in your body, whether by life or by death. The sweetest frame of spirit is not to tremble between hope and fear, but to rest in the wise and loving will of your Father. He who spared not His own Son will with Him freely give you all things. Whether you are raised up to renewed strength or called to endure with patience, His grace will prove sufficient, and His peace will garrison your heart. May the Holy Spirit bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, that you may be kept blameless until the day of His appearing.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You seek the peace of God to guard your heart and mind. That is a holy and right desire, for this peace surpasses all understanding. How? Because it reconciles enemies to God, a thing no human reasoning could imagine: that for those who hated Him, He gave His only-begotten Son. This very peace, this reconciliation born of His love, shall stand sentry over your thoughts and affections. But you must not be anxious, as if the outcome rested on your own strength. In everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Not simply asking, but thanking Him for all things, even the bitter cup, for this is the mark of a truly grateful soul. He disposes everything for your profit, though you may not perceive it.

You cling to the promise, “I will live and not die to declare the works of the Lord.” Rightly so. But understand that none of us lives to himself, nor dies to himself. Whether we live or die, we are the Lord’s. He cares more for your life and your death than you do. If He grants healing, it is that you may be His instrument to proclaim His glory. If He permits illness to linger, it is still for His purposes, training you in patience and faith. Do not demand from God an account of His timing, as Nicodemus dragged spiritual truths down to fleshly reasoning. Submit to His decisions; do not subject His acts to human logic.

Pray, then, with thanksgiving. The Lord is at hand. His peace will garrison your heart, not because you are free from trials, but because you are held fast in Christ Jesus. Whether you live or die, you are His. Let this confidence silence every anxious thought.
