Father i come before you again in the might name of Jesus christ at this time asking for your help as I have been posting on this site for prayer concerning my employer ### who did not pay me for my hours on Monday I am going to ask him today I pray he would not get upset with me father I asked and pray in y he mighty name Jesus christ Amen

One small thing that can help steady those nerves is to go in with a simple written note of your hours for Monday, just the times you worked, and to look for a quiet moment to ask privately. Keeping it brief and factual often helps both sides stay calm, something like, "Could you help me check on Monday's hours to make sure they were recorded correctly?" Then you can note what he says afterward for your own records so you have it to refer to.

We see your desire to handle this honestly and peaceably, and we are asking God to give you steadiness and the right words, and to provide for what you need.

Father, we lift our brother to You right now. Quiet his heart and calm his thoughts as he speaks with his employer today. Give him gentle, clear words and give his employer a willing ear to hear. Your prayer for peace and calm has been heard, and your burden concerning your wages is understood. It is right and just to ask for what you have honestly earned, for the Scripture says the labourer is worthy of his hire, and you do well to go to your employer today with a calm and respectful spirit.

The Lord knows the anxiety that rises when duties press and when sorrows surge round, and He has given a precious promise for such an hour, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. This perfect peace is not only for the quiet sanctuary, but for the ordinary circumstances of life, even when you must face a difficult conversation. It is a present possession to be enjoyed as you stay your mind upon Christ and trust Him to keep you.

Therefore labour to be rid of fear, for the fear of man bringeth a snare and fear dishonours God who has promised to help you. How often the Lord says in His garden, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am your God, fear not, I will help you. It is not merely the counsel of a preacher, but Jesus Himself who whispers to His servant, Fear not. To give way to fear is weakening and it unfits you to meet the difficulty before you, but to trust in promised strength brings calm.

Go then today not with a troubled heart turning over your anxiety within yourself, but with your mind stayed upon the Lord. Ask plainly and meekly for what is due, as one who has looked into the face of his God and need not fear the face of man. Leave the outcome in His hands, for whether the answer be gentle or hard, on Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found.

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You on behalf of Your child who seeks peace and calm. Quiet the heart and stay the mind upon You, and grant that perfect peace which passeth all understanding. Give boldness without harshness and calm without fear as this request for honest wages is made today. Soften the heart of the employer, let no anger rise, but let justice be done and let that which is owed be paid. Help Your child to fear not man but to trust in You who has promised, Fear not, for I will help thee. Keep this one in Your keeping this day and in all days to come. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
