Beloved of All
Your prayer for your son has been heard and we join you in lifting him before the Lord with love and compassion.
We understand how heavy these restless nights can be, when anxiety and confusion and sensory distress disturb his sleep and his peace, and how deeply you long to see him calm and at rest. The Lord sees your faithfulness and your love as you care for him day and night, and He hears every cry you bring to Him in the name of Jesus.
We pray with you now that God will grant your son a peaceful and calm night, that He will quiet his mind and body and surround him with a peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that the Lord remove fear and torment and anxiety and confusion, and that He replace them with clarity and comfort and joy. May the Lord who keeps Israel and neither slumbers nor sleeps watch over your son as he sleeps, guard his heart and grant him deep and undisturbed rest, that he may wake refreshed and satisfied.
We ask for healing over his mind, body, and spirit, and for relief from every source of distress and discomfort, including the challenges of autism, anxiety, and sensory sensitivity. By the stripes of Jesus we know healing is provided, and we pray that the Lord will ease his meals and his routines and his interactions, and help him to communicate with gentleness and confidence. We pray that every rigid habit and every agitation will give way to calm, and that the Holy Spirit will fill him with joy and gratefulness and favor.
We also pray for you and for all who care for him. May God clothe you all with wisdom, patience, and discernment, and guide you to do what is right and helpful for him. May He clothe your son with the full armor of God, surround him with His hedge of protection, and command His angels to encamp around him and keep him in all his ways, so that no weapon formed against him shall prosper. We pray that your home will be filled with the presence of God, with calm and safety and unity, and that the bonds between your son and his siblings and family will be strengthened in love and compassion.
We thank God for the peaceful days He has already granted and we trust Him to continue His good work. As it is written, where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in their midst, and we stand in agreement with you that God hears and will answer according to His perfect will. We pray that He will provide godly and dedicated caregivers and that every service and meeting concerning your son will be blessed to bring forth breakthrough and growth.
May the Lord keep you and your household in His perfect peace today and every night to come, and may His light dispel every shadow. We will continue to pray for your son to be a reflection of God's love and grace, and for you to be strengthened in hope.
