Part12

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and we have continued to lift you up before the Lord since you shared your request.

We have been praying specifically for the painful situation you described with your little brother who has been speaking badly about you behind your back and who with his wife has taken the side of your sister, seeing you as a piece of garbage and vilifying you without ever asking you for your side. We have prayed for that early morning family meeting you mentioned and for the leading you felt from the Holy Spirit not to answer phone calls and not to engage where whatever you say would be turned against you and used to hurt you. We have asked the Eternal One to open their eyes as you requested.

We have also brought before the Lord your sister who is covering for the man who abused her and two other little girls and who is praying insistently for you to leave the ministry and never come back out of fear that the truth would come to light, as well as your deep concern about the pastor who wants to organize a meeting with his entire congregation which you feel would be neither fair nor impartial and which you do not want to happen. We agree with you in prayer that nothing will happen the way they want it to and that the truth will be exposed. We have prayed for your protection as you shared that you do not feel safe anywhere, that you are tired of being pursued and hated and hurt, that an alarm has been going off in your mind for seven days, and that you felt led to set aside your tithes to leave town for the weekend to another city several hours away and then to go to the capital. We cover you and the place you are going with the blood of Jesus and ask for the Lord to be a wall of protection around you, for He promises in Psalm 91:1 that those who dwell in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty and in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against us shall prosper.

We have continued to pray for healing from the deep wounds you carry, including the severe PTSD and the terrible suffering from being sexually assaulted several times while evangelizing, even while wearing a long church dress, and the anxiety that takes your breath away when you remember it, as well as the depression and suicidal tendencies you confided about. We have prayed against the cruel and false labels that have been spoken over you that you are promiscuous, scatterbrained, stupid, a liar, a whore and a homewrecker simply because you refused to marry the much older man that a former pastor said he saw you marrying in his dreams and because you wear short skirts, and against his harassment over a year and a half where he systematically crossed every boundary you set despite knowing you had a sick mother and were raising your little sister and had been homeless three times in less than a year. We thank God for your integrity and your nights spent fasting and praying on the floor for these churches even while you were not respected, and we ask Him to heal your heart as He is close to the brokenhearted in Psalm 34:18. We pray for vindication from the pastor you compared to King Saul and his entire congregation who are angry because you left, and for protection from the planned attacks on your dignity at the funeral and the upcoming wedding.

We pray in Jesus Name for the Lord to surround you with peace, to keep you safe in your travels, to prevent any unfair meeting, to silence every accusation, and to reveal the truth in His perfect timing. May He restore what has been broken and give you rest.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His son, Jesus Christ.
