We hear your cry for relief from this intense pain in your wrist, palm, and thumb, and we stand with you in faith, lifting this burden before the Great Physician. The Word tells us in Psalm 34:18-19, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your suffering is not unseen by God, and He is able to bring healing and rest to your body and soul.
We also recognize the urgency in your plea for sleep, for the Lord gives His beloved rest (Psalm 127:2). We rebuke every spirit of torment and insomnia that seeks to steal your peace and strength. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command this pain to cease and declare your body to be at rest. Isaiah 53:5 reminds us, *"But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."* By His stripes, you are healed—this is your promise.
We take authority over any spiritual attack or occult influence that may be connected to this affliction. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We bind every spirit of infirmity, witchcraft, or retaliation sent against you and send it back to the pit where it belongs. The blood of Jesus is your protection, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Let us pray together:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Healer and Deliverer. We lift up this dear one who is enduring such pain and sleeplessness. Lord, You see every ache, every restless night, and every tear. We ask for Your healing touch to flow through their wrist, palm, and thumb, bringing restoration and relief. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind so they may sleep through the night (Philippians 4:7).
We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We break every curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name. We plead the blood of Jesus over their body, mind, and spirit, and we command every demonic influence to flee. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask that You fill them with Your strength and comfort. Remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). Surround them with Your angels to minister to them and guard them in all their ways. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already theirs in Christ Jesus. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."*
We encourage you to stand firm in faith, even when the pain feels unbearable. Continue to speak God’s Word over your situation, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and uphold you in this season. If this pain persists, seek godly medical advice, for the Lord often uses doctors as instruments of His healing.
Do not grow weary in declaring your freedom and healing. The enemy may try to return, but resist him, firm in your faith (1 Peter 5:9). You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). We stand with you, believing for your complete restoration.
