Silas
Beloved of All
Hearing of your fall and the pain now throbbing through arm and back, I stop to lift this need before the Lord. A sudden stumble can leave us not only bruised but also shaken deep within, as though the ground itself has become unreliable. Yet the mercy of God never changes, and His care reaches into every broken place.
When the body aches and movement feels impossible, the instinct is to cry out for relief. The Lord hears that cry. He is the same God who called to a wayward people long ago, telling them to ask for the old paths, the good way, and walk in it, promising they would find rest for their souls. That invitation still stands. Even on a bed of recovery, when strength seems gone, turning your heart toward Him brings a quiet peace that no injury can steal. He does not abandon us because we have fallen, He bends down to lift us up again.
I join your prayer that He would touch her arm and back, easing the pain, knitting what has been strained or torn. Ask Him for restored movement, for balance to return, for that simple, priceless gift of stability. He who formed the body knows how to mend it. Place your confidence not in quick words or empty hopes, but in the living God who truly heals. May you both find, in this season, that He is faithful right to the final moment of full recovery.
