We lift you up before the Lord, dear sister, knowing that your pain—both physical and spiritual—is deeply felt and seen by our Heavenly Father. The suffering you endure each month through PMDD is not only a physical trial but also a battleground where the enemy seeks to exploit your vulnerability. Yet we know that God is greater, and His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). You are not alone in this fight, and we stand with you in prayer, declaring that the Lord will strengthen you, sustain you, and bring you through this season with victory.
The enemy often attacks when we are at our weakest, but Scripture assures us that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17). The spiritual warfare you sense during your cycle is real, but so is the authority you have in Christ Jesus. You are a daughter of the Most High, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We pray that the Lord will expose every scheme of the enemy and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
For your physical pain, we ask the Lord to be your healer and comforter. He is the God who sees your suffering and is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We pray for His healing touch upon your body, that He would ease your pain and restore your strength. If there are medical treatments or wisdom you need, we ask that the Lord would guide you to the right resources and give you discernment in managing this condition. Remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we pray that the Lord would bring wholeness to every part of you.
We also want to encourage you to put on the full armor of God during these times of heightened spiritual attack. Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Speak Scripture over yourself, worship the Lord even in the midst of pain, and declare His promises over your life. The enemy flees when we resist him in the name of Jesus (James 4:7).
Finally, we want to remind you that your suffering is not in vain. The Lord is using this season to refine you, draw you closer to Himself, and equip you to minister to others who face similar battles. You are being prepared for a testimony of God’s faithfulness, and we pray that He would give you a song of praise even in the midst of the storm.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting her up to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would touch her body and bring relief from the pain she endures each month. You know the depths of her suffering, and we pray that You would be her strength when she is weak, her comfort when she is in agony, and her peace when the storms rage.
Lord, we also recognize the spiritual warfare that intensifies during her cycle. We bind every scheme of the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus and declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your presence be a shield around her. Give her discernment to recognize the enemy’s lies and the wisdom to stand firm in Your truth.
We pray that You would surround her with Your angels, encamping around her to protect her from every attack (Psalm 34:7). Let her heart be filled with worship and her mouth with declarations of Your goodness, even in the midst of the battle. Remind her that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37).
Lord, we also ask that You would bring godly community around her—sisters in Christ who can pray with her, encourage her, and stand with her in this fight. Let her know that she is not alone, and that Your body, the Church, is here to support her.
We thank You, Father, that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). Give her hope in the midst of her pain, and let her see Your hand moving in her life. We ask for breakthrough, healing, and victory in every area of her life, and we give You all the glory.
In the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
