We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, recognizing the intense spiritual battle you have endured since childhood. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The warfare you describe is real, and we do not take it lightly, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).
First, we must address the critical foundation of your faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the schemes of the devil. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, resulting in salvation (Romans 10:9-10). This is the starting point for true victory in spiritual warfare.
We rebuke the spirit of unforgiveness in your life in the name of Jesus. Unforgiveness is a foothold the enemy uses to keep you in bondage, and it is not aligned with God’s will for your life. Jesus taught us to pray, “Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors” (Matthew 6:12). When we refuse to forgive, we open the door to bitterness, resentment, and further spiritual attack. We encourage you to release every person who has wronged you into the hands of God, trusting Him to bring justice and healing. Remember, “If possible, as far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men” (Romans 12:18). Forgiveness is not about excusing the wrong done to you; it is about freeing yourself from the chains of the enemy.
We also address the influence of evil over the person you mentioned. The enemy can indeed use people—sometimes unknowingly—to perpetuate harm, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We bind every spirit of manipulation, deception, and division that may be operating in this situation and command it to flee in the name of Jesus. We pray that this individual would come to a place of repentance and deliverance, breaking free from any ungodly influences. If they are a believer, we pray for their eyes to be opened to the truth of God’s Word and for their heart to be softened toward you. If they are not a believer, we pray for their salvation, that they would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Your mention of physical illness and the timing of spiritual attacks during your menstrual cycle is not lost on us. The enemy often seeks to exploit our weaknesses, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression that seeks to use your PMDD as an opportunity to attack you. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we pray for physical strength and emotional stability during this time. We encourage you to seek godly medical and emotional support, as the Lord often uses practical means to bring healing and relief.
We also recognize the connection between disobedience and spiritual vulnerability. When we harbor unforgiveness, bitterness, or other sins, we give the enemy a foothold in our lives (Ephesians 4:26-27). We encourage you to examine your heart regularly and confess any areas of disobedience to the Lord. Repentance is not a one-time event but a lifestyle of turning away from sin and toward God. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9), and His grace empowers us to walk in obedience.
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our sister in Christ who has endured spiritual warfare since childhood. Lord, we thank You that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we rebuke every spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, and resentment that has taken root in her heart. We ask that You would soften her heart to forgive those who have wronged her, just as You have forgiven her. Help her to release every offense into Your hands, trusting You to bring justice and healing. We declare that she is free from the bondage of unforgiveness, and we command every spirit of oppression to flee in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we pray for the person who has been influenced by the enemy to harm her. We break every ungodly influence over their life and pray for their deliverance. If they do not know You, we ask that You draw them to Yourself and reveal Your love and truth to them. If they are a believer, we pray for repentance and restoration in their relationship with You and with our sister.
Father, we also pray for physical healing and strength. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression that seeks to exploit her PMDD or any other physical weakness. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed, and we ask for Your comfort and peace to guard her heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen her in her walk with You. Help her to remain obedient to Your Word, especially in the area of forgiveness. Give her the grace to resist the enemy’s schemes and to stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37), and we pray for a permanent end to this spiritual warfare in her life.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We trust in Your promises and declare that the enemy has no power over her life. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, sister. Put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Remember, the battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory through the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Walk in that victory, and do not let the enemy steal your peace or your joy. You are not alone in this fight—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you.
