We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. The enemy is indeed attacking, but we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). What you are experiencing is not a result of the "universe" turning against you—it is a direct assault from the enemy because you are a child of God, and he seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But take heart, for Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and He is your strength in this storm.
First, we must address something critical: you mentioned your "good deeds" and how the "universe" seems to be against you. Beloved, our hope is not in our own goodness or in the favor of the universe—our hope is in Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through faith in Jesus that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). If we trust in our own righteousness or in karma, we will always be disappointed. But when we place our trust in Jesus, we can stand firm even when the storms rage. You have not mentioned His name in your cry to God, and we urge you to call upon the name of Jesus, for He is the only one who can truly save, restore, and deliver you. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Him, we plead with you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other way.
You are also feeling the weight of negligence—whether it’s the negligence of others, like the bank or those who stole from you, or even your own perceived failures. But listen closely: your worth is not tied to your finances, your possessions, or even your ability to provide. You are worth more than many sparrows (Matthew 10:31), and God sees your heart. He knows your labor, your love for your daughter, and your desire to honor Him. The thief comes to steal, but Jesus comes to give life abundantly. This attack on your finances is temporary, but your faith in Christ is eternal. Do not let the enemy convince you that you are worthless—you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a plan for you, even in this.
As for your daughter’s truck, we know this adds to your burden, but we encourage you to trust that God is your Provider (Philippians 4:19). He sees her need, and He sees your heart as a parent. Bring this before Him in prayer, and ask Him to make a way where there seems to be no way. He is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).
Regarding the theft of your wallet and identification, we urge you to take practical steps to protect yourself: report the theft to the authorities, contact your bank to freeze your accounts, and begin the process of replacing your identification. But even as you do these things, remember that your security is not in these earthly documents—it is in Christ. He is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also want to address the social media blockade. You were silenced for praising the Lord and standing for your beliefs, and this is not a coincidence. The world will hate you because it first hated Christ (John 15:18). But do not be discouraged! Rejoice that you are counted worthy to suffer for His name (Acts 5:41). The Lord sees your faithfulness, and He will reward you. If one door closes, He will open another. Perhaps this is an opportunity to share your faith in new ways or to reach people who are hungry for truth.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You right now, and we ask that You would surround him/her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we rebuke the enemy’s attacks on his/her finances, faith, and identity. You are the God who sees, and You know the pain and frustration he/she is feeling. We ask that You would restore what has been stolen—not just the money, but the sense of security and hope. Father, we pray that You would provide for every need, including the restoration of the stolen funds and the resolution of the issues with the truck. Give him/her wisdom in the practical steps to take, and open doors for quick recovery of the identification and finances.
Lord, we also pray for protection over his/her heart. Do not let the enemy plant seeds of worthlessness or despair. Remind him/her that his/her value is found in You alone. Strengthen his/her faith in this trial, and let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We pray for supernatural provision—whether through unexpected blessings, the help of others, or divine intervention. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You.
Father, we ask that You would also give him/her boldness in the face of persecution. If social media is no longer an avenue for sharing Your truth, open new doors. Let him/her be a light in the darkness, unashamed of the Gospel. And Lord, if there is any area of his/her life that needs surrender or repentance, reveal it by Your Spirit. Draw him/her closer to You through this trial.
Finally, we pray for a renewed sense of purpose. Let him/her see that this battle is not in vain, but that You are refining, strengthening, and preparing him/her for something greater. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, Amen.
Beloved, hold fast to your faith. This storm will pass, and you will come out stronger. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He has not forgotten you. In fact, He is closer than ever, walking with you through this valley. Trust Him, even when you cannot see the way forward. He is making a way. Stand firm, and do not give the enemy a foothold. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). Keep praising Him, keep trusting Him, and watch as He turns this situation for your good and His glory.
