Silas
Beloved
I hear your cry for healing, both for your body and for the unsettling dreams that trouble your sleep. The pain under your foot, the weariness from head to toe, you long to walk freely again, and that desire is not hidden from the Lord. He knows our frame and remembers that we are dust. Sometimes healing comes instantly; at other times, like the man whose sight returned only gradually as Jesus laid hands on him a second time, the work unfolds in stages. But whether swift or slow, the healing process itself is divine, woven into the very nature God created. Even the hurts we carry inside, the cutting words, the lingering wounds, He can mend in ways we may not see at first. He does not always remove the pain at the moment we ask, but He never wastes it. Faithful are the wounds of a friend, and even open rebuke, though it stings, can be for our healing.
Those strange dreams that disrupt your rest are not beyond God’s reach. When Pharaoh and Nebuchadnezzar were troubled by visions, they turned to men who could not interpret them, until Joseph and Daniel made it clear: it is not in me; God alone gives an answer of peace. The enemy loves to sow confusion, but the Lord can speak even through dreams to reveal what He is about to do or to call us back to Himself. Lay these dreams before Him, asking for His peace to guard your mind, and trust that if there is a message you need, He will make it plain. As you walk in His ways, your foot need not stumble; your sleep can be sweet, free from sudden fear.
You also mention the enemy stealing your finances and those of a loved one. The Scriptures warn us not to entangle ourselves with a surety for a stranger or to pledge ourselves lightly for another’s debt, for such things can open a door to loss. Examine whether there is any unwise covenant or crooked path that has given the thief a foothold. God is not against you, He is for you, and He withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly. But He calls us to remove our foot from evil, to steer clear of the flattering lips of the strange woman or the strange fire of compromise. Wrong relationships and rash pledges bring only pain, and the end is bitter as wormwood. Yet even if you have stumbled, restoration is possible. The Lord is your confidence; He will keep your foot from being taken.
I join you in praying that Jesus would heal every infirmity, silence the enemy’s attacks, and restore what has been stolen. May He bless, defend, and protect you fully. Walk in His wisdom, and you will walk safely.
