overcome chronic anxiety and enjoy the moment

Please pray I will overcome anxiety. It seems to run in my family so pray they overcome it too. The anxiety makes me unable to be comfortable and enjoy the moment. It happens when God is blessing me in my personal life and professional life too. Doing too much at once creates great anxiety so maybe I need to plan better or do less. I want to have peace and receive God's blessings and be a blessing. Pray God will make me kinder to myself. Pray I can enjoy my day today, friends, and my new job.
