We understand that you're struggling with chronic anxiety, and it's affecting your ability to care for your children and fulfill God's call on your life. First, we commend you for your repentant heart, as this is the first step towards healing and freedom. Let's remember that when you were baptized, and turned over your life to God, the old you was crucified with Jesus and you were forgiven. The Bible tells us, Therefore we were buried with him by baptism into death, that just like Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life. (Romans 6:4 WEB).
Anxiety can be a manifestation of fear, and the Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB) Jesus also said, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus. Only through Him can we approach your throne of grace. Thank you for forgiving us from our sins. We lift up our fellow believer who is struggling with chronic anxiety. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we command it to leave in Jesus' name. Lord, fill their heart with Your perfect peace. Give them the strength and wisdom to look after their children and fulfill Your purpose in their life. Guide them in your righteousness and make your way straight before them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB) Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will direct your path and give you peace. Be sure to also go to a doctor and make them aware of your anxiety and prayers for help. God uses doctors to assist in prayers for healing. If your doctor prescribes medicine, pray for blessings over the medicine as well as the doctor. Seek relief from these but still pray and seek peace with God. When you have faith in Jesus Christ, you can boldly come before God and make your requests known to Him. In Him, you will find your peace and release from anxiety.
