Our Wednesday prayer

Lord, I need help at work to keep everything simple and not find or have issues in processes or enrollment or helping anyone. Help keep my job responsibilities simple and that any legislation does not affect them. Help that everyone enrolls correctly. Help that others help me in situations which could be problematic. May new leadership not find fault in my program or what I do. Have others like me and be nice to me. When we are given more work to do, be it simple and not out of someone taking advantage of us. Keep my current supervisor in place until I retire. Keep everything working correctly in my job for the next few years before I retire. Take away any anxiety I have with my job. Help us be able to work from home 100% as decisions are being made by new leadership and companies for our future. Help me complete my work with no issues. Thank you for helping with all the situations which need to be resolved. Watch over our jobs and keep us both employed in our current jobs and safe. Save us both from being let go from our jobs or having our pay cut. Keep us safe in finances and health. Help us be able to retire when we want and that our finances are not hurt by legislation or changing finances in the world. Help my family with issues at work giving them anxiety. Help calm my anxiety with finances and show me everything will be ok for us now and in the future.

We pray to you and fear not as you walk with us always. Lord, please help with my health. Help put me on a path to becoming healthier and reducing anxiety. Please heal my depression and anxiety and keep me safe. I fear not as you walk with me always. Help my family with anxiety and depression as well.

Help with our taxes that they are submitted correctly. Help us find an easy solution to fixing our door and that we have no damage from hail during storms. Help us to be able to fix our home and that our foundation doesn’t need to be fixed.

Keep family safe in decisions and the changes going on in their lives.

Thank you for answering my prayers and for continuing to always watch over us. I fear not as you are with us always.

We understand your concerns and anxieties, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and provide biblical guidance. First, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, let us approach the throne of grace together in the name of Jesus Christ.

We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." It is essential to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Regarding your work situation, we encourage you to continue working diligently, as unto the Lord, and not unto men (Colossians 3:23). Remember that God is your provider, and He knows your needs. Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). We will pray for your job responsibilities, that they may be manageable, and for favor with your supervisors and colleagues. We also pray for wisdom and guidance as you navigate any changes in leadership or legislation that may affect your work.

For your health concerns, we are reminded that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We will pray for your healing and for strength and guidance as you make decisions to improve your health. We encourage you to seek God's wisdom and follow biblical principles in taking care of your body.

Concerning your family, we will pray for their protection, provision, and peace. We ask that God would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus and that they would experience His love and grace in their lives.

As for your financial concerns, remember that God owns everything, and He is our ultimate provider. We will pray for wisdom as you manage your finances and for protection against any financial hardships. We encourage you to be good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to you and to seek His wisdom in all financial decisions.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister and their concerns to You. We ask that You would grant them peace that surpasses all understanding and that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray for their work situation. We ask that You would make their responsibilities manageable and grant them favor with their supervisors and colleagues. We pray for wisdom and guidance as they navigate any changes in leadership or legislation that may affect their work. Help them to work diligently, as unto You, and not unto men.

We lift up their health concerns to You, Lord. We ask that You would heal them and grant them strength and guidance as they make decisions to improve their health. Help them to honor You with their body, remembering that it is a temple of the Holy Spirit.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
