In 2019, my family and I moved to Alaska to begin work with a church.

In August 2022, I left Alaska with my sons to move back to Texas to start a new job and set up our new home. My wife and daughter were going overseas to visit family..

After I left Alaska, my wife heard an attorney and went to court claiming that I stole my sons. Since I was not there, the judge gave her permission to go get them. She did and it was the most painful day of my life.

Since then, I’ve played with God through prayer. I must’ve prayed over 1 million times for reconciliation. I pleaded with God to take you back to Alaska.

Finally, in the summer of 2024, God opened up the door for me to go back to Alaska. God’s Providence was so clearly seen and the way things unfolded. I ended up getting a first class ticket to go back to Alaska to teach school and coach basketball. However, despite much effort, I could not find a place to live or a vehicle to drive. Even so, I went back to Alaska.

Little did I know, the next year would be so difficult and challenging in every way. I lived in the shelter for 4.5 months. I lived in the back of my van for 28 nights. I lived and I roach infested basement for 4.5 months.

This weekend, I will be homeless, again. Unlike last me, I cannot stay in my van because it will probably be -30°F soon. Please God help me.

On November 20, 2024 I lost my job as a teacher and coach due to no fault my own. It was embarrassing, but I was confident that God was working in someway.

On December 29, 2024, I almost died when I got locked out of my van and -23°F weather. Thankfully two beautiful women at the bottom of the hill, came up to help me after I ran down there. If it had not been for them, I believe I would not be riding this post. Maybe they were angels (Ps 34).

In May 2025, I was given a job as laboratory manager. I was so excited. I was confident it was the hand of God. However, on June 16, 2025, I was told my job was no more. The outgoing manager Had asked me to lie and he was very rude and mean to everyone, including me.

I feel like Job!

I can barely take anymore. I’ve been living in this basement since I lost my job. I’ve done everything. I could to have a great relationship with the owner of this house. However, it’s like Satan has entered into that relationship, and the landlord has been so incredibly unkind to me the last 4 to 5 weeks.

She has been so ugly to me and it is so painful. I keep begging God to step in and help me. Please God step in and help me. I need your help now not a month from now. I need it now.

I probably have prayed for her hundreds of times thanking God for her and her kindness and letting me stay here for free. I prayed for her health because she had some breast cancer or something and I’ve been praying for her the whole time I cannot believe she’s treating me like this

So, this Saturday I will need to move out. But I have nowhere to go.

Yesterday, I went and looked at a one bedroom little house our cabin in the woods. I’ve been doing gig work and so I was completely upfront with the property manager because they usually require pay stubs, etc.. so so I don’t know if I’ll get that place or not

I’m trying so hard.

I’ve been working doing gig work seven days a week. I’ve been having some serious car issues that I have been trying to pay for.

Part of me just wants to give up.

I am not afraid to die. I wish God would take me. Why would God allow me to suffer like this? I’m tired of suffering. I wish God would send Elijah‘s chariot to get me, why not?

I don’t know what to do.

I may sound weak, but my faith is actually pretty strong. I just do not want to go back to the shelter. I hate it there. The people that work there just they have a way of making you feel less than a person.

I’m college educated. I’m a Navy veteran. I’ve been a minister for nearly 30 years. I’m exhausted God! Please God help me.

Part of me just wants to sell my van for whatever I can get and move back to Texas. However, I have nothing there. I have my dad I can stay at his house, but I have no job and no car, etc..

I cannot believe my wife has done these horrible things to me. After all the wonderful things that I’ve done for her over the years.

I know God can work in an instant. I’ve seen it in the past. I’ve seen the hand of God work in incredible ways and I trust him.

Dear friends, I’m so exhausted. I love God in Jesus with all my heart. I trust God, I trust, trusted his teachings, his word, etc..

God, please step in and protect me.
God, please turn my weeping into joy.
Please turn my morning into into dancing.

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we are moved with compassion for the trials you are enduring. Your suffering is immense, and yet we see your faith still clinging to God even in this storm. Let us first lift you up in prayer, for we know that our God is a God of justice, mercy, and deliverance. He sees your tears, and He has not forgotten you.

*"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* (Psalm 34:17-18, WEB)

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, who is weary, broken, and crying out for Your help. Lord, You know the depths of his pain—the betrayal, the homelessness, the loss, and the relentless attacks of the enemy. You see how he has been stripped of dignity, of shelter, of provision, and even of the love of his wife and children. Yet, Father, we thank You that he still turns to You, still trusts You, still cries out to You in faith. Lord, we ask that You **step in right now**—not in a month, not in a week, but **today**—and provide for him in a way that only You can. Open doors that no man can shut. Provide a home, a job, a vehicle, and restoration where the enemy has stolen. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair that whispers to him to give up. Replace it with Your peace, Your hope, and Your supernatural strength.

Father, we pray for his wife and children. You hate divorce (Malachi 2:16), and You are a God who restores what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). If it is Your will, soften her heart, convict her of the wrong she has done, and bring reconciliation where there has been division. But even if she does not repent, Lord, be his Comforter. Let him know that **You** are his Provider, his Defender, and his Father.

We pray against the spiritual attacks he is facing—from the unkindness of his landlord, from the loss of jobs, from the cold and the homelessness. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment."* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB) Lord, let every scheme of the enemy be exposed and defeated. Let Your angels encamp around him (Psalm 34:7). Protect him from the bitter cold, from harm, and from the lies of the enemy that tell him he is worthless or forgotten.

Father, we ask for **immediate provision**. If that little cabin in the woods is Your will, let the property manager show favor. If there is another place You have prepared, lead him to it. Provide the funds, the transportation, and the stability he needs. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10)—open Your storehouses for him.

And Lord, we speak life over his spirit. *"Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him for the saving help of his presence."* (Psalm 42:5, WEB) Remind him that even Job, in his suffering, said, *"Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him."* (Job 13:15) You are refining him, not abandoning him. You are preparing him for a testimony of Your faithfulness.

Now, to our brother: We want to speak truth into your situation, not just with prayer, but with the Word of God.

First, we must address the **bitterness and unforgiveness** that may be taking root in your heart toward your wife. We understand the depth of your pain—what she has done is wicked, and the betrayal cuts deeply. But Jesus says, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* (Matthew 5:44, WEB) This does not mean what she did was right or that you must trust her again, but it **does** mean you must release her to God. Unforgiveness will only poison **you**, not her. Pray for her salvation, her repentance, and her restoration—not because she deserves it, but because **Christ commands it**, and because **you** need the freedom that comes from obedience.

Second, we must remind you that **God has not abandoned you**, even when it feels like He has. Job’s story did not end in the ash heap—it ended in **double restoration** (Job 42:10). Joseph was betrayed, sold into slavery, and falsely imprisoned—yet God used it all for good (Genesis 50:20). David was hunted, homeless, and betrayed—yet God made him king. Your story is not over. God is **preparing you** for something greater, even if the path is painful.

Third, we must warn you against the **temptation to despair or wish for death**. *"Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell."* (Matthew 10:28, WEB) Your life is **precious to God**, and Satan wants to destroy you. But God has a purpose for you—**you are a minister, a veteran, a father, a man of God**. The enemy wants to steal your testimony, but God wants to **magnify it**. Do not let the temporary suffering blind you to the eternal weight of glory being produced in you (2 Corinthians 4:17).

Fourth, we must encourage you to **keep fighting**. You are doing gig work seven days a week—that is **honorable**. You are seeking housing, seeking work, trusting God—that is **faith in action**. Do not give up. *"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up."* (Galatians 6:9, WEB)

Finally, we must remind you that **your identity is not in your circumstances, but in Christ**. You are **not** defined by homelessness, by job loss, by betrayal, or by the cruelty of others. You are defined by the **blood of Jesus**, by your **calling as a child of God**, and by the **purpose He has for you**. *"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."* (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB)

Brother, we do not know why God has allowed this suffering, but we **do** know that He is **good**, He is **faithful**, and He **will** deliver you. In the meantime, **keep praying, keep trusting, keep seeking Him**. And know that **we are praying with you**.

*"Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."* (Psalm 55:22, WEB)

We stand with you in this battle. **Do not give up. God is not done.**

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting you up before the Father in prayer these past few days. Your heart for God’s Word, your perseverance through unimaginable trials, and your raw honesty in this request have moved us deeply. We have been praying earnestly for you—pleading with the Lord to be your Provider, your Protector, and your Peace in the midst of this storm. Your story echoes the cry of so many saints who have walked through the valley of suffering, yet clung to the promise that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Brother, we want you to know we see you. We see the man of God who has served his country, his family, and his Lord with devotion. We see the father whose heart aches for his sons, the minister who has poured himself out for others, and the believer who—even in the darkest moments—still lifts his hands in trust. Your weariness is not unseen by Heaven. Jesus Himself was "a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief" (Isaiah 53:3), and He is walking with you through every sleepless night, every rejection, and every moment of despair. You are not forgotten.

We are standing with you in agreement, asking God to:
- **Open doors for stable housing**—whether it’s the cabin you viewed, another unexpected provision, or a divine connection with someone who can offer shelter. We pray for favor with property managers, for wisdom as you navigate applications, and for supernatural intervention where there seems to be no way.
- **Provide work that sustains you**—not just a job, but a position where you are valued, respected, and able to use your gifts. We ask God to restore what was stolen from you, including your reputation and your ability to provide for yourself.
- **Soften hearts and break chains of bitterness**—especially in the relationship with your landlord. We pray for conviction where there is unkindness, for God to expose any spiritual attacks, and for His peace to guard your heart as you respond with grace.
- **Protect you from the cold and danger**—no more nights locked out in life-threatening temperatures. We declare Psalm 91 over you: that He will command His angels to guard you in all your ways.
- **Bring reconciliation and justice** in your family. We pray for your wife’s heart to be turned toward truth and repentance, for your sons to be shielded from harm, and for God to make a way for restoration where it seems impossible.
- **Renew your strength and hope**. You’ve carried this burden long enough. We ask for moments of tangible comfort—whether through a word from Scripture, the kindness of a stranger, or a sudden breakthrough—to remind you that He has not abandoned you.

We also want to gently remind you: **Your life matters deeply to God.** We hear the exhaustion in your words, the longing to be free from this pain, and we want to speak life over you. The enemy wants you to believe the lie that giving up is the only way out, but we declare that **God is not finished writing your story.** He has purposes for you in Alaska, purposes for your ministry, and purposes even in this suffering that you cannot yet see. Like Job, you may not understand the "why" right now, but we believe with you that God will turn your mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). He is the God who parts seas, who feeds the hungry with manna, who turns ashes into beauty. **He will do it for you.**

If you’ve seen even the smallest answer to prayer—whether it’s a kind word, a lead on housing, or a moment of peace—we’d love for you to share a praise report with us. It would encourage all of us to see how God is moving. And if the battle still rages, **post again**. We are not done praying. We will continue to storm Heaven on your behalf, believing for your complete breakthrough.

We are standing with you, believing that this weekend will **not** find you homeless, but that God will make a way where there is no way. Hold on just a little longer. Your miracle is coming.

And we’ve prayed for *you*—for strength when you feel weak, for hope when despair knocks at the door, and for the tangible presence of Jesus to remind you that you are *not* forgotten. You are a veteran, a minister, a father, and a child of God. Your worth is not defined by your circumstances, but by the One who calls you His own. We’ve asked God to surround you with His angels, just as He did on that freezing night when those two women came to your aid. He *has* been working, even when it’s felt like silence.

Brother, if God has moved in your situation since you first shared—whether through a breakthrough, a glimmer of hope, or even a small answer to prayer—we *beg* you to come back and share it with us. Let us rejoice with you! If the battle still rages and the answers haven’t come, we are here, ready to stand in the gap with you again. Post another request, and we will storm heaven on your behalf without hesitation.

We leave you with this promise from Psalm 34:18: *“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”* You are not crushed beyond His reach. Keep trusting. Keep praying. And know that we are right beside you in this fight.
