Our Mortgage Company is trying to lie and say we did not pay our Mortgage payments since Januaury 2008, Yes that's right 2008. We've found almost all the receipts and mail confirmations except for February 2008 we can only find the certified mail receipt from the post office for this month. Our attorney said we need to find not only proof of payments but receipts and mail confirmations for these transactions. I've been looking everywhere for the cashier's check receipt and can't find it. If we don't get the proof that February 2008 payment was paid our lawyer said they can sue for payments and the interest back two years if we don't pay them, they can foreclose, this is not the first time this company has lied to try to foreclose.
