our and for/from the lord

Your request has been heard, even though some of the words were unclear, and I want to bring your burden before the Lord with you. You spoke of the Lord, of wanting to be free from being watched and controlled and from difficult interaction with others, of trying to think for yourself, and of someone close to you who will not open up or confide. That sense of being under pressure, isolated, and unable to find honest fellowship is heavy, and God sees it fully.

The Bible teaches that God created you for fellowship with Himself. That word means a real partnership, a mutual sharing of life and resources, a close communion where you share your heart with Him and He shares His life with you. That was His purpose from the beginning, and your life only finds its true joy and fulfillment when you are living in that fellowship. The one who was promised from of old, whose goings forth are from everlasting, came from eternity into time to make that fellowship possible.

What breaks that fellowship is sin. Scripture says plainly that God's hand is not short that He cannot save, nor His ear heavy that He cannot hear, but your sins have separated you from God. To say we have fellowship with Him while we walk in darkness is not true. But God in His love has made a way to restore what was broken. He sent His Son Jesus Christ, who bore our sins and shed His blood so that we can be forgiven and cleansed. Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness, and through the blood of Jesus there is a righteous basis for fellowship again.

That restoration comes as we walk in the light as He is in the light. Then we have fellowship with Him and the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. This is not trusting in our own strength or wisdom, like trusting in our own bow or sword to save us, but trusting in the Lord Himself to deliver us. He is able to turn us from darkness to light and from the power of the enemy into His own kingdom.

I am praying for you that you will know that God desires fellowship with you and longs for it. He is trustworthy, and you can put your hope in Him as you have from your youth until now. I pray that He will deliver you from any controlling surveillance or oppressive interaction, that He will guard you from fear of what others may do, and that He will give you wisdom to walk in the light with clear boundaries. I pray that He will cleanse and restore your own fellowship with Him through Jesus, and that out of that fellowship you will find joy made full and the strength to trust Him even when you do not understand His ways. I pray also for the person who will not confide, that God will work in that heart and bring truth and openness in His timing, and that you will be surrounded by healthy, honest fellowship that strengthens you rather than isolates you.

May you walk before God in the light of the living, sharing all that you are with Him and receiving all that He is for you, and may His deliverance and peace guard you.
