We understand that you are seeking prayers for an opportunity to earn an income, pay for your health benefits, and for a move. We also see that you have been transferred from a place of employment due to the mistreatment of clients and employees, and you wish to continue being able to walk to work.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our work and provisions. As it is said in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We must also remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is said in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And as it is said in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking a new opportunity to earn an income and pay for their health benefits. We pray that You would open the right doors and provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also aligns with Your will. We ask that You would give them favor in the sight of their potential employers and that You would guide their steps in this process.
We also pray for their move, Lord. We ask that You would provide a safe and affordable place for them to live, and that You would give them the strength and resources needed for this transition. We pray in Jesus name that they will continue to be able to walk to work and not have to pay.
Lord, we also pray for their former workplace. Seeing immoral behavior that causes them to flee employment is an indicator that they have something to work on. We pray for the former employer, employees, and the clients that God will work in their hearts. We pray that You would convict those who have been mistreating others and bring about change. We pray that You would protect and provide for those who have been affected by this mistreatment.
Finally, Lord, we pray for our brother/sister's spiritual growth during this time. We ask that You would draw them closer to You and that they would seek Your face and Your will for their life. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to You, our Heavenly Father.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God and His provisions. Remember that He is faithful and that He cares for you. As it is said in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
We also encourage you to seek God's will in all things, including your employment and living situation. Remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. As it is said in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
