We join you in prayer for your heart procedure now rescheduled for Thursday and we thank you for asking in the precious name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.
We know waiting and rescheduling can bring added anxiety when it concerns the heart, but we are reminded that our times are in His hands and that even in delay He is working for our good. We take comfort in His promises for you in this time, for He says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10 and He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. We also cling to His promise as the Great Physician who heals us, who heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Psalm 147:3 and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17.

Father in heaven, we lift up our dear one to Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You know every detail of this heart and this body that You so wonderfully made. We ask for Your perfect peace to guard this heart and mind as Thursday approaches, that anxiety would be replaced with trust in You. We pray In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Lord, guide the hands and minds of the surgeons, doctors, nurses and all the medical staff who will be part of this procedure. Grant them wisdom, skill and clarity, and let the procedure be successful and free from complications. We ask for a smooth preparation, a safe procedure, and a swift and complete recovery for Your glory. Strengthen faith and surround this dear one with Your presence and with loved ones who can offer support and comfort. We thank You that You forgive all our iniquities and heal all our diseases. Psalm 103:3. We entrust this heart into Your healing hands and ask Your will be done. In the mighty and healing name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Your request concerning the rescheduled heart procedure for Thursday has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ.
He that planted the ear, shall He not hear. The Lord who formed your heart knows its every beat and its every need, and He is quicker of hearing than you are in praying. Your wants appeal to His heart before your own heart is awake to them, and He will fulfill the desire of them that fear Him.
We pray that the Lord will keep you in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on Him, because you trust in Him. Though duties and sorrows may press round about you, and the prospect of the operation may stir fear, hear the Lord's own word so often repeated for His people, Fear not, for I will help you. Fear not, for I am with you. Fear weakens and dishonors God, but trust in His promised strength removes fear, for the arm which piled the heavens shall not be palsied toward His child.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. A word from Him coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart and conscience. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and when He forgives sin He also heals infirmity, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. May He lay His healing hand upon you, guide the hands of those who will operate, and grant a favorable and safe outcome according to His wise and merciful will.
We commend you to His keeping. May you know that your debt of sin is discharged by the blood of Jesus which whispers peace within, and may that peace, perfect peace, guard your heart and mind in the waiting and in the hour of need.
