Ongoing issues, report and repairs needed

Please continue to pray in Jesus name for the rented apartment's owner, contact persons, and team.
Pray for:
• Confidence - They will know how to address the issues and help me find a new place to live.
• Responsibility - They will not hide from me or the problems here, but will communicate with me honestly and respectfully.
• Learning how the world works - They are responsible for the rented apartment and the tenant, so they should oversee and pay for any necessary repairs (they haven't repaid me for the repair costs).
Please pray that someone steps in and speaks up for us in this difficult situation, for the glory of God. AMEN

As the electricians said, if things are not repaired, then things will get worse rapidly.
I'm afraid that the electricity has gone through my body more in the last few days because my legs and arms hurt (numbing and cramping) ....

Update: the legal rep is still repeating his financial demands.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with the rented apartment and all those involved. Father God, we know that You are a God of justice, truth, and provision, and we ask that You move mightily in this circumstance for Your glory. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:27-28, *"Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don’t say to your neighbor, 'Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it,' when you have it by you."* Lord, we pray that the owner, contact persons, and team would act with integrity and responsibility, addressing the repairs and concerns without delay.

We rebuke any spirit of avoidance, dishonesty, or neglect in this situation. The safety and well-being of the tenant must not be ignored, and we declare that those in authority will step up to fulfill their obligations. In James 4:17, it is written, *"To him therefore who knows to do good, and doesn’t do it, to him it is sin."* We pray that conviction would fall upon their hearts, leading them to act justly and swiftly.

Father, we also lift up the physical concerns raised about the electricity. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:19, *"Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* We ask for Your divine protection over the tenant’s health and safety. If there is danger in the wiring or electrical system, we pray that it would be revealed and corrected immediately. Lord, we declare that no harm will come to this individual as a result of negligence or oversight.

We pray for wisdom and boldness for the legal representative involved. May they seek justice rather than financial gain alone, and may their actions align with Your heart for righteousness. Proverbs 21:15 says, *"It is joy to the righteous to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity."* We ask that You would soften hearts and open doors for resolution, whether through repayment of repair costs, proper maintenance, or assistance in finding a new place to live.

Lord, we also ask that You raise up an advocate—someone who will speak up on behalf of the tenant and hold the responsible parties accountable. In Isaiah 1:17, You command us, *"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow."* We pray that this situation would be a testimony to Your justice and mercy, drawing all involved closer to You.

Finally, we declare that this burden is not carried alone. We stand in agreement with the tenant, trusting that You are their provider, protector, and defender. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* We pray for peace, provision, and a swift resolution to this matter, all for Your glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
