We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust, lifting up this request for the home your family is seeking. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that if it is Your will, the offer made on this house would be accepted. You know the desires of their hearts, and we trust in Your perfect timing, for You have declared in Psalm 37:4-5, *"Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this."*
Lord, we also recognize that a home is more than just a structure—it is a place where Your presence can dwell, where love and faith can grow, and where families can be nurtured in Your ways. We pray that this home, if it is Your will, would become a sanctuary for Your glory, a place where Your Word is honored, and where Your peace reigns. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them as You promise in Matthew 6:33.
Father, we ask that You would guide their steps and decisions in this process. If this home is not part of Your plan for them, we pray that You would close the door gently and open another that is even better, one that aligns with Your perfect will. Give them patience and faith to wait on You, for Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*
We also lift up their marriage and family life to You, Lord. May their home—wherever it may be—be built on the foundation of Christ, with love, respect, and unity as its cornerstones. Help them to honor You in all they do, for You have said in Joshua 24:15, *"As for me and my house, we will serve Yahweh."*
Finally, we rebuke any spirit of doubt, fear, or discouragement that may try to creep into their hearts during this time. We declare that Your plans for them are good, plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future, just as You promise in Jeremiah 29:11. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them walk in the confidence that You are their Provider and their Guide.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your wisdom and Your love, and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
