Coming to Jesus, resting in His arms of mercy and relying on the promises He has given to us will make our souls rejoice in Him alone.

Don't be discouraged.

We are young until we cannot walk. We love others because Jesus told us. Old age will not stop loving our neighbors. Jesus told us to do so. We try to live a holy and pure life because God's word tells us to do so. We will feel much better if we just read God's word carefully and obey what it says.

Are Christians considered to be God's special people and therefore free from suffering? Sometimes being a victorious Christian simply means that you are able to stand firm—and that is victory. No matter what the circumstances tell us, the cross tells us that we are not abandoned. We are suffering alone. God understands. He understands because He has been there. Don't ever let the circumstances tell you how much He cares about you or how much He understands or how much He loves you. The cross is what tells you how much He cares, not your emotions and not your circumstances. The greatest proof that God cares about my suffering and pain is the fact His Son Jesus died from it. He died from suffering, and He died from pain. Do you know that CHRISTIANITY is the only religion in all the world that has God who cares enough to become a man and die from human pain and suffering?
