Not good

Your weariness and pain are heard, and God sees both your honesty and the heavy accusation that has fallen on you. When you say you are not strong enough to pray or read the Bible anymore, that itself is a prayer He understands. Even groans and tears reach Him when words fail, and He does not turn away from a heart that is worn down.

Scripture knows this kind of suffering well. False accusation is an ancient trial, and the Lord has said that a matter must be established by faithful witnesses, not by suspicion or a single voice raised against you. He is the just Judge who sees what was done in secret and who knows that you acted truthfully. People may misjudge, but God does not. He saw Elijah driven out and persecuted when he had done no wrong, and He sustained him through famine and isolation. He sees you now in the same way.

It is also true that doing what is right does not always bring immediate relief, and the enemy would have you despair of your own salvation when you are tired. Do not give in to that despair. The strength to stand does not come from your own resolve alone. God promises to strengthen His people with all power according to His glory, unto patience and long suffering, so that you can endure even when you feel you cannot take another step.

You do not need to carry this alone or prove your worth through long prayers or long readings right now. If you can, speak to God in the simplest words, even a few at a time, and let a single verse or psalm rest before you rather than feeling you must read much. Bring this accusation into the light with trusted people, a pastor, a wise counselor, or a faithful brother or sister who can stand with you, listen well, and help bear the burden. Truth loves light and faithful witnesses.

I am praying for you now.

Father in heaven, You know this child of Yours who is exhausted and accused though he has told the truth. You see his weakness and his sorrow. Have mercy and draw near. Give him rest for his soul, lift the weight of false accusation, vindicate what is true in Your time, and guard his heart from despair. Strengthen him with Your power to endure with patience, remind him that salvation and hope are in Jesus Christ alone, and let him feel Your presence even when he has no words to pray. Surround him with faithful help and bring peace to his mind. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

If the weight grows heavier, please reach out quickly to a pastor, a trusted friend or family member, or a counselor in your area, and keep them near you in the days ahead. You are not forgotten, and God is not finished with you.
