=( Not Doing Well At All

Please help me God. Please forgive me because I know I am not always doing the right thing and saying the right thing. I am so tired God. I am emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually exhausted. I never leave work early but I have to do that today because I have not been sleeping well and I just do not feel good. I feel so cold even with the sun out and with a heater on.  I just feel so empty and dead inside.  This depression is just getting worse. Please keep me in your prayers. God knows what is going on. Amen.
