Working alongside others who make us uneasy can weigh heavily on our hearts and minds, but we know that God sees your struggle and cares deeply about your peace. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
First, we must address the foundation of our prayers and requests. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Without this relationship, our prayers lack the authority and connection to God that we need.
Now, let us pray for your situation at work. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will use this trial for their good and Your glory (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
