Beloved of All
We have heard the weight of what you have shared and we join you in bringing it before the Lord. The pain you describe, of being trapped in a cycle of torment where hope is offered and then taken away, where promises of relief prove false and suffering is prolonged for years, is a heavy burden. It is understandable to feel that God is distant or silent when such cruelty continues, and we do not take that anguish lightly.
Scripture teaches us that God hears the cry of those who suffer. As it is written, the voice of blood cries out to Him, and He does not overlook it. His justice is perfect. If He dealt with us according to strict and immediate justice, none of us could stand, yet in His mercy He both withholds what we deserve and promises that He will repay with righteous judgment. That judgment means He will crown those who endure in faith and He will punish those who do evil. We are also taught that God does not always promise immediate deliverance from suffering in this life, but He does promise to be present in it, to give strength to despise the power of evil, to prune and strengthen those who belong to Him, and to lead them toward a better resurrection through Jesus Christ. This does not mean suffering is good or that God delights in it, but that He is able to redeem it and that He will not leave injustice unanswered, either in this life or in the life to come.
So we pray with you now for these victims around the world:
Father in heaven, You see what is hidden and You know the truth of every act of cruelty. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, that You would intervene for those who are being tormented and feel they have no way out. Put a stop to the hands that harm them. Cause those who stalk and torture to leave their victims alone, to be restrained and brought to justice. Let the cycle of false promises and renewed pain be broken. Have mercy on those whose bodies have been harmed, especially those who have turned to alcohol out of desperation and have damaged their health. Bring healing to their bodies, comfort to their minds, and peace to their troubled consciences. Give them clarity, protection, and safe help from trustworthy people around them, from Your church, and from those who can care for them. Guard them from despair and from harming themselves, and lead them to cast their hope fully upon You rather than upon men or upon any false way of escape. Let them know that they are not forgotten, that You hear them, and that Your righteous judgment will come. Grant them justice as they seek simply to live their lives in peace, and above all draw them to the hope of eternal life and deliverance that comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We ask this through Jesus Christ our Lord, to whom with You and the Holy Spirit be glory forever. Amen.

God has given us to bear one another's burdens, and He often brings His help through His people.
