No pain, swellings, inflammations

Servant of All
No pain.
No swellings.
No inflammations in my body.

No nausea.
No stress.
Normal diggestion.
Normal heartbeat (i slept not enough,)

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up these concerns about your health. The Word of God reminds us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We stand on this promise, believing that God desires wholeness and wellness for you in every area of your life, body, mind, and spirit.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we declare Your healing power over every part of this body. We rebuke any pain, swelling, or inflammation that seeks to linger. Your Word says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this healing now, Lord. Let every cell, every organ, and every system function as You designed it to, without pain, without swelling, and without inflammation.

We also pray for restoration in areas of stress and weariness. You tell us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We ask You to calm any anxiety, settle any racing thoughts, and bring peace to the mind and heart. Strengthen this body where it feels weak, Lord, and renew energy where there is fatigue. We declare normal digestion, a steady heartbeat, and deep, restorative sleep. Your Word assures us in Psalm 127:2 that "it is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." We trust You to provide the rest that has been lacking.

We also want to gently remind you that true healing and peace come through a relationship with Jesus Christ. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is the foundation for all blessings, including health and wholeness. If you have already placed your faith in Christ, we rejoice with you and stand in agreement for your complete healing.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are the Great Physician, the One who knit this body together in the womb. We trust You to restore, renew, and refresh every part of this life. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

We notice how you’ve laid out your needs so specifically, a body free from pain, swelling, inflammation, and nausea; digestion and heartbeat working calmly; stress lifted. And tucked into that list is an honest admission: you haven’t slept enough.

When we run short on sleep, everything else feels harder. The body loses its normal resilience; small discomforts become large, and our minds struggle to settle. Rest isn’t just a physical requirement, it’s deeply tied to our ability to receive peace. We’re designed for rhythms of work and rest, and when those rhythms break down, we become especially vulnerable to the very things you’re describing.

One practical step worth taking is simply prioritizing sleep for the next several nights, guarding it as a non-negotiable part of your healing. If you can, dim the lights an hour earlier, set aside screens, and create space for your body to do what God designed it to do. If you find sleep remains elusive over time, it would be wise to mention it to your doctor, who can help uncover any underlying concerns. There’s no weakness in seeking medical wisdom alongside prayer.

We’re praying with you now, not because God needs our precise list, but because He welcomes us bringing our bodies, tired, aching, unsettled, into His presence.

Jesus, we lift up this person You know completely. Soothe what is inflamed, steady what is uneasy, and quiet what is churning with stress. Grant the deep, restoring sleep that has been missing, and let each heartbeat and breath find its normal, peaceful rhythm. In areas where pain has taken hold, bring relief. In areas where worry has tightened, bring release. Cover this body with Your calming hand, and let rest come tonight. In Your name, amen.

The cry of the pained body rises to heaven, and it is not unheard. The tossing of the night, the aching limbs, the fluttering heart, these are not signs of a Father turned away. Remember the sleep of the beloved in the midst of storms: the vessel heaved, the winds howled, yet Christ slept, for His heart was anchored in divine purpose. That same peace He gives to His own. It may not always be the sleep of the eyelids, but it is the deeper slumber of a soul securely held. “So he giveth his beloved sleep.”

Do not measure His love by the absence of pain, for He often permits the throb of the brow that we might lean harder upon His bosom. All pain is tied to life, and life shall soon give way to that gentlest of touches, the love-pat called death, which ends all sorrow for the saint. Until then, cast your care upon Him who felt the stripes and nausea of our sin. He is the Shepherd who carries the lame sheep close, who does not despise the bleating of the weakest.

As for the stress that churns the stomach and the sleeplessness that steals the night, listen: “Sleep is the nearest word we can find to describe the state of the blessed,” and the sleep of death is a refreshment, but even now, in the land of the living, He can quiet the storm within. Breathe out your fretfulness before the throne, and know that the One who woke His weary disciples in Gethsemane will not leave you to slumber in despair. He will give grace for the day and, in time, that sweet unconsciousness that restores the frame. Wait patiently; He has not forgotten. It is those who cannot sleep who most prize the gift, and the Lord who made the night will not withhold it forever. Sleep in Jesus, even now, with a heart that rests in His finished work.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask to be free from pain, swellings, inflammations, nausea, stress, poor digestion, an unsteady heartbeat, and the weariness that comes from too little sleep. Yet consider whether the root of these troubles lies not only in the body, but in a soul pulled in many directions by earthly cares. For just as the rich man lies awake at night, his mind racing with fears about money, thieves, and informers, so too any worldly anxiety can rob us of the rest God designed for our good. Sleep itself is a gift of our merciful Creator, who knows our frail frame, and He does not wish us to waste the night in restless scheming or fretting over things that pass away. But when the heart is weighed down by the surfeit of worldly desires, even the body rebels, and digestion falters, and the pulse quickens with unnecessary fear.

Why then do you seek health, while you may still invite these cares into your soul? Let us imitate the blessed Paul and Silas, who with backs torn by stripes and feet fast in the stocks, did not beg for ease or a soft bed, but at midnight kept vigil with prayer and hymns, and straightway an earthquake shook the prison and loosed their chains. They did not first demand an end to their pain; they sought the presence of God in their affliction, and found such surpassing joy that even the other prisoners listened in wonder. True deliverance from stress and bodily turmoil begins not with a list of symptoms, but with a spirit made calm by trust in the Lord. When the soul is sober, that is, watchful and free from the drunkenness of vice, it gains mastery over the passions that inflame the body. Anger, envy, greed, and carnal lust all bring their own swellings and internal nausea, a spiritual dropsy that puffs up the heart far worse than any physical edema.

Therefore, rather than fixing your gaze upon each ache and irregular beat, turn first to the great Physician who commands, “Be poor in spirit.” Humble yourself, and learn that he who envies not the rich, who does not nurse resentments or plot revenge, possesses a quiet harbor even in poverty. Such a one sleeps peacefully, his hands pure, his dreams untroubled by monstrous visions, because his heart is not stifled by excess. Do you lie awake at night? Let that vigil become a time of prayer, not of anxious rehearsal of tomorrow’s burdens. Sing in your heart, as the apostles did, and you may find the very foundations of your inner prison shaken, and the bonds of your distress loosened. God often permits these small afflictions, not to crush us, but to draw us from deadly spiritual sleep, the sleep of doing nothing good, of seeing only shadows and phantoms while neglecting eternal realities.

So I do not simply pray that the swelling subside and the stomach settle, though I ask the Lord who made your body to restore its proper order. I pray rather that you be sober and watchful, no longer tossed by the tempest of worldly cares. Commit your whole self to Christ Jesus, and you will discover that many of these physical miseries, bred as they are by a restless heart, will fade. Seek first His kingdom, and the peace that follows will be a better medicine than any earthly remedy. May you learn to say with the saints, “We have suffered nothing like the holy children in the furnace,” and in that humble spirit find your true rest.

It is completely understandable that you long for relief from pain, swelling, inflammation, nausea, and stress. When your body feels broken down and even sleep fails you, the cry for a normal heartbeat and calm digestion is the cry of someone desperate for peace. These sensations can consume every thought, making you feel trapped in a prison of weakness. You are right to bring this to God in prayer, but I want to invite you to see an even deeper rest that he offers, one that can hold you even while the physical symptoms remain.

So often we think that rest will come if God would just show us what he is doing, if he would remove the trouble so we could finally breathe. But the only place you will ever truly rest is in faith. You cannot rest in your own efforts to fix your health, in the skill of doctors, or in the hope that circumstances will change. The promise of God's rest is entered only by those who believe. It is a rest rooted in the finished work of Jesus Christ, not in the absence of symptoms. He has already accomplished everything necessary for your peace with God, and he invites you to cease from your own strivings and simply trust him.

Sometimes God allows us to reach the end of our own resources so that we learn to rest on him alone. When there is nothing else you can do, when you have tried every remedy and still the pain persists, that is when you discover what it means to say, “Lord, that’s the best I can do. I leave the rest with you.” You do need to take care of your body, to seek appropriate help, and to do your best. But once you have done that, commit the outcome to him. Do not go away moaning and fretting over whether you did enough or said the right thing. Offer your best and then rest in his care.

The rest God promises his people is not just a future hope of a new body without pain or need of sleep, though that day is coming and is glorious. Right now, there is a Sabbath rest for the people of God. You can enter it by faith even when your body is not cooperating. The tragedy of Israel in the wilderness is a warning to us: an evil heart of unbelief kept them from entering the rest God had for them. Take heed that the same unbelief does not rob you. The promise remains, and it is still possible to live in that peace that passes understanding, no matter how your physical frame feels.

So bring your request before him, ask for healing according to his will, but do not hang your sense of rest upon the answer. Rest in who he is and what he has done. His arms are strong enough to hold you when you are sleepless and weary. He is your fortress when you feel besieged by pain. That secret place of the Most High is open to you not because you have figured out a way to stop the ache, but because you are hidden in Christ. Enter into that rest today, and let your heartbeat, whether steady or erratic, beat out a rhythm of trust in the One who never slumbers nor sleeps.
