We join together with you in prayer for complete healing and peace in your body and for a blessed time with your mother in these next few minutes.

We bring your physical needs before the Lord who is our healer, asking that He would remove all pain and nausea, all allergy and irritation in your throat and everywhere else in your body, and that He would calm all stress and tension. We claim His promise that He heals us, for it is written He heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also pray for His perfect peace over your mind and body, for we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 and we remember Fear not, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We pray together for your time with your dear old mother, that God would make these minutes sweet, peaceful and full of love. It is a beautiful and godly thing to honor and cherish your mother, as we are commanded Honor your father and your mother Exodus 20:12, and we ask the Lord to give you both joy, strength, clear minds, and tender fellowship together.

We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive our healing and peace. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and by calling on His name that we are saved and can come boldly to God in prayer. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him.

We pray now, Father in the name of Jesus Christ we lift this dear one to You. Touch this body right now and let all pain and nausea leave, let all stress and tension be gone, let every allergy and irritation be healed. Fill this one with Your healing power and Your calming peace that passes all understanding. Bless the time with mother in the next few minutes, let it be filled with grace, love, laughter and Your presence. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in this healing and in this family time. We ask all this in the mighty and healing name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We are joining you in prayer for these next few minutes, asking for calm in your body and a sweet, unhurried time with your mom.

We hear how much you want to feel well and present, no pain or nausea, no tightness or irritation in your throat, no stress weighing on you, so you can simply enjoy being together. It makes sense that when that time is so close and so dear, any discomfort feels even bigger.

As you wait for her, it may help to give yourself a little space to settle, quiet your surroundings if you can, and let your mom know you are looking forward to this time together. If you notice these symptoms of pain, nausea, or throat irritation continuing or getting worse, we encourage you to reach out to your doctor or clinic for care as well, while we continue to pray for you.

Father, we bring our friend to You right now and ask for Your mercy and nearness. Ease what is hurting and unsettled, calm stress and tension, and soothe irritation in the throat and body. Give relief and rest, and let the time with mom be peaceful and encouraging for you both. Guide any next steps for care and keep our friend in Your loving hands. In Jesus' name, amen.

The Lord has heard your present cry for bodily relief and for peace in this hour with your mother. You ask to be freed from pain and nausea, from stress and tension, and from all allergy and irritation in the throat and body, and you desire a good and quiet time with your dear aged mother even in these few minutes.

Remember the word of the prophet, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in the mere absence of pain, but in the presence of Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. When the mind is stayed upon Him, He can breathe into the soul at this very moment a peace which passes all understanding, and He can give rest even while duties press and sorrows surge around.

There is also healing power in our Lord. It is written, with His stripes we are healed, and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves, His touch, His word have virtue to change the life blood and to make the nature other than it was before. When Jesus healed the sick He often first said, Your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. Therefore being justified by faith we have peace with God through Jesus Christ our Lord, and without that justification there can be no true and lasting peace.

I pray for you now that the great Physician will lay His hand upon you. May the Lord in mercy relieve all pain and nausea, take away stress and tension, and remove every allergy and irritation from your throat and body. May He calm the mind and keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him, and may He grant you a gentle, tender and joyful time with your mother, with kind words and quiet hearts together. Cast your anxiety upon Him, for the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty, but He cares for you and is able to keep both you and your loved one in His keeping.

Look to Jesus alone for salvation and for healing, trust His atoning blood, and ask Him to dwell with you. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon you with healing in His wings, you shall not need to say, I am sick, for you shall know both forgiveness and restoring grace. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may your communion with your mother be filled with His peace. Amen.
