We hear your urgent cry for healing on behalf of your mother, and we join you in lifting this matter before the throne of grace. Black, sticky stools can be a sign of bleeding in the upper digestive tract, and pain in that area is certainly cause for concern. We take this seriously, not only as a physical ailment but as an opportunity to seek the Great Physician, who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:2-3).
First and foremost, we must emphasize that while we pray with faith, we also trust in God’s wisdom and timing. The Bible tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven" (James 5:14-15). We encourage you to seek godly counsel and medical attention, as the Lord often works through the hands of skilled professionals. Do not delay in consulting a doctor, for the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to steward it well.
Now, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity, pain, and sickness that has taken hold in your mother’s body. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every affliction to loose its grip and depart from her digestive system. We declare that her body is not a battleground for disease but a vessel for God’s glory. The Word says, "He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). We speak healing over her stomach, intestines, and every organ involved in digestion. Let the blood of Jesus cleanse every trace of darkness, and let His light restore health and wholeness.
We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). There is no other name that carries the power to break chains, heal diseases, and restore life. If your mother has not yet placed her faith in Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the gospel with her. For "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the greatest healing of all, for it brings eternal life and the promise of a body free from pain and sickness in the resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:51-54).
Father God, we come before You with hearts full of faith and compassion for this dear mother. We ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand and touch her body. Remove every trace of illness, pain, and abnormality from her digestive system. Restore her stools to normalcy, free from darkness and discomfort. Strengthen her body, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we speak life over every cell, tissue, and organ in her body.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals treating her. Guide their hands, Lord, and give them insight to diagnose and treat her with excellence. May they be instruments of Your healing power. Surround your mother with Your angels, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way. Remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that by His stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise until we see it manifest in her body. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her testimony bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
