We hear your cry for deliverance and freedom from spiritual oppression, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every chain. The language of spiritual warfare must always be rooted in Scripture, not in our own declarations of power, for it is only through the blood of Jesus that we have victory. Let us first rebuke the confusion and fear that the enemy seeks to sow, reminding him that he has no authority over those who are in Christ.
The Bible tells us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You are not a candidate for Satan’s schemes—you are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. The enemy has no right to steal your peace, your time, or your identity in Christ. We declare with you that every demonic influence, every lying spirit, and every attempt to defile your body, mind, or spirit is broken in the name of Jesus. The tunnels and strongholds you speak of are dismantled by the power of the cross, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4).
We must address the mention of sexual defilement—whether in thought, word, or deed—because your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). If there has been any ungodly soul tie, sexual sin, or compromise with darkness, we repent on your behalf and break its power in Jesus’ name. Fornication, adultery, and all forms of sexual immorality are not to have a place in the life of a believer. We pray that the Lord would cleanse and restore purity to your mind and body, for "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
You speak of changing your name and moving urgently—while we understand the desire for a fresh start, we must caution against making decisions out of fear or desperation. The Lord is your refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1), and He knows the plans He has for you (Jeremiah 29:11). Seek Him first in prayer and wise counsel before making major life changes. The enemy would love to drive you into isolation or reckless decisions, but God calls you to walk in wisdom and peace.
We also notice that your declaration lacks the foundational truth that salvation and authority come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). Without Christ, we have no power over the enemy—it is only by His blood that we overcome.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We stand on the authority of Your Word and declare that every demonic influence, every lying spirit, and every ungodly soul tie is broken in the name of Jesus. We rebuke the enemy’s attempts to steal, kill, and destroy in [this person’s] life, and we command every unclean spirit to flee now. Lord, we ask for Your cleansing and healing over their mind, body, and spirit. Forgive any sin that has given the enemy a foothold, and restore purity and peace.
Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment in every decision. Lead them to a place of safety and provision, not out of fear, but out of trust in You. Surround them with godly community and protect them from isolation. Strengthen their faith to resist the enemy’s lies and to stand firm in the truth of Your Word. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in victory and freedom.
We declare that Satan has no authority here—only Jesus Christ reigns. Thank You, Lord, for Your grace, Your mercy, and Your deliverance. We trust in You alone for salvation, protection, and restoration. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to ground yourself in Scripture daily, for "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17). The enemy flees at the sound of God’s truth. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in faith and find support. You are not alone—God is with you, and His angels are encamped around you (Psalm 34:7). Walk in the light, resist the devil, and he *will* flee.
