But we serve a God who is greater, and in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we take authority over every scheme of the enemy.
The Word of God declares in **Psalm 4:8**, *"I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for you, LORD, alone make me dwell in safety."* This is not just a wishful thought—it is a promise from the Lord Himself. Yet the enemy seeks to distort this promise through harassment, spiritual voyeurism, and the manipulation of those around you, even using people as vessels for his chaos. But we declare in the name of Jesus: **no weapon formed against you shall prosper** (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your shield and your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1). He neither slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:4), and He has not abandoned you in this season.
You have also referenced **Romans 16:17**, which warns us to *"note those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them."* This is a critical reminder that we are not to engage with or be entangled in the works of darkness. The enemy has sought to create a **"madhouse disorder"**—a atmosphere of confusion, fear, and unrest—but we declare that **God is not the author of confusion, but of peace** (1 Corinthians 14:33). Any chaotic nightmares, spiritual invasions, or inappropriate sexual suggestions in dreams are **not from God** but are attacks from the pit of hell. We break the power of these **lying spirits** and command them to be silenced in Jesus’ name. Your mind belongs to Christ, and we reclaim it for His glory. **"The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus"** (Philippians 4:7). Every demonic gathering, every sabotage, every bullying spirit—we **bind you and cast you out** in Jesus’ name. You have no authority here. The blood of Jesus covers this home, and we declare it a **no-fly zone for the enemy.**
Father, we ask for **deep, uninterrupted sleep**—the kind that only You can give. Let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, flood their mind and body as they lie down. Remove every trace of fear, anxiety, or torment. **‘When you lie down, you will not be afraid. Yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet’** (Proverbs 3:24).
We also pray for **divine provision.** Open doors that no man can shut. Provide employment, finances, and every resource needed. **‘The young lions do lack and suffer hunger, but those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing’** (Psalm 34:10). Beloved, we urge you to **stand firm in faith.** Put on the **full armor of God daily** (Ephesians 6:10-18). Pray **psalms of protection** over your home, such as Psalm 91. Anoint your doorposts with oil as a symbol of consecration to the Lord (Exodus 12:22-23). Play **worship music or Scripture** in your home to invite the presence of God and displace darkness.
