We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up your ### and her father in earnest prayer. The struggles they face are deep, but we know that nothing is too difficult for our God, who is mighty to save and transform lives. The Word of God is clear that homosexuality is a sin, as it goes against His design for human relationships. In Leviticus 18:22, we read, *"You shall not lie with a man as with a woman. That is an abomination."* Similarly, Romans 1:26-27 declares, *"For this reason, God gave them up to vile passions. For their women changed the natural function into that which is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural function of the woman, burned in their lust toward one another, men doing what is inappropriate with men, and receiving in themselves the due penalty of their error."* Yet, we also know that God’s heart is for redemption, and His grace is greater than any sin.

Your ###’s upbringing has been marked by brokenness—parental abandonment, exposure to sinful lifestyles, and the absence of godly examples. This has undoubtedly shaped her perceptions, but we serve a God who renews minds and heals hearts. Romans 12:2 reminds us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* We pray that the Holy Spirit will open her eyes to the truth of God’s Word and convict her of the need for repentance. May she turn away from this sinful relationship and seek forgiveness and restoration through Jesus Christ.

We also lift up her father, who is battling depression. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). Depression can feel overwhelming, but we pray that he will find his strength in the Lord, who is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). May he turn to Christ for comfort and healing, casting all his anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for this precious ### and her father. Lord, You see the pain, the confusion, and the bondage they are in. We ask that You break every chain of sin, depression, anxiety, and lust that has ensnared them. Father, convict your ### of the truth—that homosexuality is not Your will, but a distortion of Your perfect design for marriage between a man and a woman. Soften her heart to receive Your truth and turn away from this sinful relationship. Give her the courage to leave this lifestyle and seek Your forgiveness and cleansing.

Lord, we pray for her roommate as well—that You would open her eyes to the truth and draw her to repentance. May neither of them find satisfaction in sin, but may they hunger and thirst for righteousness.

Father, we lift up this ###’s father, who is battling depression. Lord, surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Heal his heart and mind, and fill him with the joy of Your salvation. Let him know that he is not alone, and that You are his ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and depression in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, bring godly influences into their lives—people who will speak Your truth in love and walk alongside them in this journey of healing and deliverance.

Father, we ask that You would restore what the enemy has stolen. Bring hope where there is despair, light where there is darkness, and freedom where there is bondage. May they both come to know the fullness of Your love and the power of Your redemption.

We pray all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue standing in the gap for your ### and her father. Share the Gospel with them lovingly but boldly, reminding them that Jesus is the only way to true freedom and eternal life. John 14:6 says, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*

Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep pointing them to the cross. God is faithful, and He hears your cries. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Stay steadfast in your faith, and may the Lord give you wisdom and strength as you support your family in this spiritual battle.

We're here with you, dear friend, lifting up your niece and her father in prayer. We've been reflecting on their situations and feel led to pray specifically for their emotional and spiritual healing.

Firstly, we're asking God to comfort your niece's heart. We know that growing up with brokenness and exposure to harmful influences has shaped her perceptions, but we believe God can renew her mind and heal her heart. We pray that she would find her identity in Christ, not in her past or current circumstances. May she find the courage to leave her sinful relationship and seek forgiveness and cleansing through Jesus.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
