I am very behind in my follow up on my appointments. I was pointed out publicly on a sales call by my CEO yesterday and am having extreme technological trials getting into our main software tracking system which keeps sending a login code to my Admin that I have to wait a day for before logging in on my PC. I am unable to edit screens on my company iPad and have lost my personal iPad. I have lost my appointment book which has kept track of my miles so I can't turn in my expenses. Worst yet of the 12 appointments I had, 3 failed credit, 2 cancelled, 1 wants a re-roof in spring, 1 is getting other quotes and 3 are waiting for system redesigns. Please ask I am faster at software and learning warranty and financing terms and more capable on my PC or iPad and generate immediate business. Also that engineering would be faster at redesigns and that we would ask the customers if there is any special array they wanted first BEFORE the consultation because the design team is shunning re-designs. Please pray I stop losing things. I need more grace, order and training. Thank you in the name of Jesus.
